New Testosterone, Deca, Equipoise Cycle and Log

Hey everyone!

I’m excited to be back here logging my new cycle and sharing my journey with all of you. Unfortunately, I couldn’t finish my last cycle due to some personal issues that required my attention. Life happens, and there were other priorities that I needed to focus on at the time, but now I’m back and ready to go!
Goals:
My goals remain simple and straightforward:
- Gain lean muscle mass
- Increase strength and endurance
- Push myself to new limits
- Stay healthy, focused, and motivated throughout this journey
- Continue to learn about myself and improve both physically and mentally

I’m dedicated to sticking to a solid diet plan, maintaining proper recovery, and staying consistent with my training. I’m also focused on being safe and smart throughout the entire cycle.

Cycle Plan:

Weeks 1-10
- Testosterone Enanthate (Test E): 500mg/week
- Deca Durabolin (Deca): 300mg/week
- Equipoise (EQ): 600mg/week

Weeks 11-21
- Testosterone Enanthate (Test E): 1000mg/week
- Deca Durabolin (Deca): 300mg/week
- Equipoise (EQ): 800mg/week

Weeks 20-21
- Injectable Superdrol (SDrol): Possibly included (for final push)
- HGH: 4 IU AM/PM (Growth hormone to support recovery and muscle growth)
- Lantus Insulin: 10 IU daily (used to optimize muscle gain and control blood sugar)

Supplementation & Health Support:

I’ll also be using the following supplements and health support protocols to maintain optimal health during this cycle:

- Telmisartan: 40mg (for blood pressure support)
- Metformin: 500mg (helps with insulin sensitivity)
- NAC: 600mg (liver support)
- TUDCA: 250mg (to help detox and support liver health)
- Alpha GPC: 400mg (cognitive support and focus)
- Aspirin: 50mg (to help with blood thinning)
- Cialis: 5mg (for vascularity and overall cardiovascular health)

AI (Aromatase Inhibitor): Arimix on hand, if needed, to control estrogen levels.

I plan to keep this log updated with regular posts, strength gains, and any changes or adjustments I make to the cycle. I’ll also be tracking my training, diet, and recovery so I can stay on top of things. I’m excited to share this journey with the community and get feedback as I go.

Hey everyone, quick update now that I’m deep into the cycle — today marks Week 5 and things are finally starting to click.

Cycle Progress – Week 5

Weight is up to around 207 lbs (started at 195), and I’m staying relatively lean considering how much food I’ve been putting down. Definitely noticing increased vascularity, muscle fullness, and pumps in the gym are getting borderline uncomfortable — in a good way.

Strength is moving up steadily. Bench is up by 15 lbs, squats feel smoother, and endurance has improved a lot, especially on push days. Libido is up, focus is sharp, and energy’s been consistent throughout the day. No major issues so far.

Compounds & Dosing

Still running:
  • Test E: 500mg/week
  • EQ: 600mg/week
  • Deca: 300mg/week
No changes yet — planning to bump Test to 1g and EQ to 800mg around Week 11, as originally planned. Deca stays at 300mg throughout unless joints start feeling off, in which case I might drop it slightly or bring in Proviron.
No need for an AI yet — I’ve got Arimix on standby, but estrogen sides are minimal so far. Blood pressure’s stable thanks to Telmisartan, and Cialis helps with pumps and overall circulation.
I’m not on HGH or Lantus just yet — holding those until Week 10 or later. Want to get the most out of the basics before layering those in.

Training

Following a Push/Pull/Legs split (6 days/week) with one rest day or active recovery. Kept volume high but manageable. Reps mostly in the 8–12 range, with some heavier sets around 5–6 reps for compound lifts.
Recovery’s been solid — DOMS isn’t as intense now, and I’m hitting PRs without overreaching. Cardio is 2x/week, 25 min low-intensity just to keep appetite up and health in check.


Nutrition

Calories are around 4,200–4,400/day, and appetite has actually been insane since Week 3 — I assume EQ is kicking in. Keeping food clean:
  • Carbs from rice, oats, sourdough, potatoes
  • Protein mostly from beef, eggs, whey, chicken, and seafood
  • Fats from whole eggs, olive oil, avocados, and almonds
Also bumped up water intake to over 4L a day. Sodium and potassium are being tracked to keep everything balanced.


Health Support
Still running the support stack:

  • Telmisartan, Metformin, NAC, TUDCA, Cialis, Aspirin
  • Added baby aspirin daily due to hematocrit creeping up slightly
  • Sleep’s been on point: 7–8 hrs/night, no interruptions

What’s Next
  • Bloods coming up next week — will post the results as soon as I get them.
  • May add Proviron around Week 6 if I want a little extra dryness and libido boost.
  • HGH + Lantus still planned for Week 10–11 if everything checks out.

Really happy with how this one’s going so far — steady gains, no major sides, and training feels locked in. Would love to hear how others have approached higher-dose EQ/Test cycles, especially when it comes to managing appetite and staying lean.
