For those doing shorter bulking periods—how much weight should you aim to gain during those 2-week bulking phases? I’m worried I’ll either gain too fast or not enough.
Good advice on pinning. I was definitely not ready for how regular it needs to be. The first few injections were a nightmare, but I got used to it after a few weeks. One tip: rotate injection sites! My glutes and quads were getting sore from too many shots in the same places.
