Exactly. Less is more with slin unless you're trying to be a powerlifter on cheat meals 24/7. I haven’t added GH this run but it’s on deck for the next phase — thinking low-dose AM/PM split just for recovery and fat burn. You run it fasted?
Good to hear I’m not the only one doing the Test W + EQ bridge. You’re right on sodium — I flatten out fast if my water/salt’s off even a little. Upped protein slightly just to be safe. Probably gonna bump fats soon too if I drop more water.
Appreciate that, man. Yeah I’ve learned the hard way before — size without shape means nothing. Cardio’s non-negotiable for me now, even in heavy phases. Tren just works better when the heart's not dying lol.
Yeah EQ definitely boosts appetite — even now during the “clean-up” phase I still get moments where I feel like I could eat everything in the fridge. But I’m keeping food volume under control with fiber and timing meals better. Metformin helps too.
Really admire the honesty here. Life throws curveballs, and the fact that you took the time to recover and reset is great. I’ve been considering NPP as well for lean gains after a cycle, but I’m still on the fence. How are you planning to integrate it into your training? I know some people love...

Back with an update — bit overdue, but we’re in Week 12 now so figured it’s time to catch up. I’ve moved into the final stretch of the cycle and started shifting focus from just piling on size to holding what I’ve built and tightening things up a bit.
