Hey everyone! This is my first time logging a cycle on here, so please bear with me if I make any mistakes along the way. I’m excited to share my journey with all of you and get your feedback.
I’m about to start a 16-week cycle, which will primarily focus on lean bulking at first and then hardening up toward the end for a more defined look, aiming for the tren/mast physique.
Current Protocol:
- Currently cruising on:
- 200mg Test
- 100mg Primobolan
(Split injections Monday/Friday)
- Just started a low-dose DNP (100mg) for the next two weeks as I prep for the blast.
I’ll be kicking off the main cycle with long-acting esters, and I’ll be adding insulin (slin) and NPP later on.
Cycle Overview (Weeks 1-16):
- Testosterone Enanthate (Test E): 750mg/week
- Primobolan Enanthate (Primo E): 600mg/week (I’ll adjust based on estradiol levels)
- Trenbolone Enanthate (Tren E): 100mg/week (Weeks 1-8)
- Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP): 300mg/week (Weeks 1-12)
- Trenbolone Acetate (Tren Ace): 300mg/week (Weeks 9-16)
- Masteron Propionate (Mast P): 500mg/week (Weeks 10-16)
Peptides & Hormones:
- Growth Hormone (HGH): Starting at 4iu/day, working up to 6iu
- Insulin (Novo): 5iu pre-workout (working up to 10iu)
- Lantus Insulin (Lant): 10iu post-workout
- Proviron: 25mg/day
- Injectable Anadrol: 25mg pre-workout (as needed)
Ancillaries & Support:
- Telmisartan (Telm): 40-80mg/day (depending on blood pressure)
- Cialis: 10mg/day (for vascularity and blood flow)
- TUDCA: 1000mg/day
- N-Acetylcysteine (NAC): 500mg/day
- P5P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate): In case of gyno symptoms
Injection Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Test E, Primo E, Tren E, NPP, Mast P)
- I’ll also be running core work every other day and doing 1 hour of cardio daily, mixing moderate to high intensity.
Training Split:
- Day 1: Chest & Biceps
- Day 2: Back & Triceps
- Day 3: Legs & Shoulders
- Day 4: Rest
- Core & Cardio: Every other day, plus daily cardio
Nutrition:
- Macronutrients will be adjusted based on my weekly weigh-ins and how I’m feeling. I’ll be tracking progress and making tweaks to ensure steady, quality gains.
Bloodwork:
- I’ll be getting bloodwork done soon to assess the effects of the cruise and to monitor overall health during the cycle.
