4 Weeks Out from National Pro Qualifier – Cycle Log

Hey everyone!

I’m currently 4 weeks out from the National Pro Qualifier, and I wanted to share my prep and current cycle with the community. This is my first time competing at this level, so I’m keen to hear from others who have gone through a similar prep or cycle.

Current Cycle (Weeks 4-16):
- Testosterone Cypionate: 500 mg/week
- Andriol (Testosterone oral pharma caps): 40 mg/day
- Arimidex: 1 mg daily (adjusted as needed)
- NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate): 300 mg/week
- EQ (Equipoise): 500-800 mg/week
- Tren Ace: 100 mg every other day (eod)
- Masteron Propionate: 100 mg eod
- Winstrol Tabs (oral): 100 mg/day
- Testosterone Cypionate: Reduced to 500 mg/week starting two weeks out from the show

Stats:
- Height: 5’4”
- Weight: 190 lbs (up from 154 lbs)
- Goal: Lean bulk and maximize muscle density leading into the competition.
- Current Focus: Strength, muscle retention, fat loss, and conditioning.

I’ve been consistently putting on lean mass, and while the bulk has been going great, I’m now focused on dialing in conditioning and getting into shape for the show. My cycle has been tailored to maximize muscle fullness and density while preventing too much water retention.

Diet & Training:
- Diet: I’ve been following a high-protein, moderate-carb, low-fat diet to keep energy high while minimizing fat gain. My calorie intake fluctuates depending on training intensity, but I aim to keep it in a slight surplus for muscle gain.
- Training: I’m training 6 days a week, with a combination of heavy weightlifting, HIIT, and cardio. The goal now is to keep intensity high while starting to cut down on body fat over the next 4 weeks.

Plans for the Final 4 Weeks:
- Adjustments: I'll be dropping the testosterone cypionate dosage starting two weeks out to help with the final prep and to avoid excess water retention.
- Focus: Peak conditioning, final fat loss, and making sure I stay strong and full for the stage.
