I wanted to share some of my experiences with *cardarine* (GW-501516), which, although commonly categorized with SARMs, is technically a PPAR (Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor) agonist. While many SARMs might not be worth considering once you have access to actual AAS, cardarine stands out due to its unique benefits, and it can be a valuable addition to a cycle, especially for specific goals.
Currently, I'm using cardarine for its fat-burning properties and to help mitigate some of the side effects of running *trenbolone* (specifically, the notorious "tren lung"). Cardarine is known for its ability to significantly enhance fat oxidation. It helps the body prioritize fat as a fuel source instead of carbohydrates, which can be particularly useful when you’re aiming to lean out or maintain muscle mass during a cycle. Additionally, it has a noticeable impact on endurance and cardio performance, which is why I’ve incorporated it into my routine.
Recently, I’ve been running 10mg of cardarine at night, as I’ve found that a higher dose (20mg in the morning) left me feeling lethargic and a bit detached from my training and everyday life. Despite my usual laid-back approach to life, cardarine made me feel indifferent to things I normally care about—like my training, my family, and my work. For me, that wasn’t a side effect I could live with, so I reduced the dose to 10mg, and it seems to be working better so far.
One of the main reasons I started using cardarine was to address some of the cardio issues I’ve been having while on tren. Things like getting winded carrying groceries or struggling with shortness of breath during sex were affecting my quality of life. Cardarine seems to be helping with this, and I’m curious if others have had similar experiences—especially anyone who has used it alongside tren. Have you noticed improvements in your breathing and overall cardiovascular performance (in the gym, during everyday activities, or even in the bedroom)? What dosages have you found most effective, and when do you typically take it for optimal results?
I’d appreciate hearing about anyone else’s experiences, especially those who have used it in combination with tren.
