Hey everyone,
I've decided to start a log for my current cycle blast and provide insight into how everything is progressing. I’m already a week into this cycle, but I’ve been running lower doses initially to let my body adjust to the new compounds before ramping things up.
Stats:
- Age: 36
- Height: 6ft
- Weight: 122kg (current, fasted)
- Body Fat: ~12% (approx.)
Current Cycle (all products from @HybridLabs):
- Testosterone Enanthate: 750mg/week (Weeks 1-12)
- NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate): 600mg/week (Weeks 1-10)
- DHB (Drostanolone Hydrobenzylcarbonate): 400mg/week (Weeks 1-10)
- Anadrol: 75mg/day (Weeks 1-5)
- Insulin (Novorapid): 12iu post-workout (Weeks 1-5)
- T3 (Thyroid hormone): 12.5mcg/day (throughout the cycle)
- Aromasin: 12.5mg EOD (adjusted based on bloods every few weeks)
Cycle Plan & Approach:
The cycle length will depend on my blood work and health markers. If everything stays within a safe range, I will consider extending the blast, potentially adjusting compounds or adding new ones like Primo, Tren, or Anavar, or simply increasing the dosages.
I’ve been cycling and blasting/cruising for many years, so I know my body well and focus on using blood tests to understand which compounds work best for me and what doesn’t.
Goal for this Blast:
This phase is focused on gaining size while maintaining leanness. To manage this, I’ve been carb cycling to support muscle growth and fat loss. Here’s the breakdown of my current carb intake:
- High-carb days: 804g carbs
- Medium-carb days: 579g carbs
- Low-carb days: 306g carbs
Training Schedule:
- 4 Training Days/week (focusing on hypertrophy)
- 2 Cardio Days/week (moderate intensity)
- 1 Rest Day/week (complete rest, no weights or cardio)
I've structured my routine this way because, as I’m not in my 20s anymore, my body responds better to this type of recovery and training split.
Week 1 Update:
Starting weight: 119kg (fasted)
I began the cycle with a lower dose to get my body accustomed to the compounds. This week, I’ve already started to notice some fullness in my physique, likely from the insulin or Anadrol. My weight has increased to 122kg as of today, and it’s a high-carb day, so I’m hitting back and traps with intensity.
Diet Breakdown:
- Meal 1: Oats, protein powder, and milk
- Meal 2: Eggs and wholemeal toast
- Meal 3: Beef and rice
- Meal 4: Chicken and rice with added sauces
- Meal 5: Cheat meal every second weekend to keep things interesting
