I'm curious to hear about what supplements everyone is taking on a daily basis. I’m always looking for ways to optimize my routine and would love to see if there are any additions that could offer additional benefits. I already have a few in mind, but I'm interested in learning from others' experiences.
Here’s what I take daily:
- Multivitamin – for overall health and to fill in any potential nutrient gaps.
- Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules – I take these for digestion and general wellness.
- Milk Thistle – for liver support, especially during intense training phases.
- N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) – antioxidant support, great for recovery and overall health.
- Fish Oil – for omega-3s and to support heart and joint health.
- Saw Palmetto – for prostate health and hormone balance.
Additionally, on lifting days, I take:
- Protein Powder – for post-workout recovery and muscle repair.
- Pre-Workout – for an extra boost during intense training sessions.
