Hey everyone,
I’ve just come off a month of being sick—caught Influenza A, which turned into pneumonia. I’m still recovering, but I’m getting back on track and should be fully up to speed soon.

Current Stats & Cycle:
Bodyweight: 100.5 kg
EQ: 840 mg/week (EOD injections)
Test E: 525 mg/week (EOD injections)
NPP: 200 mg/week (EOD injections)
HGH: 6 IU (split 3 AM / 3 PM)
HCG: 1500 IU/week (3x per week)
HMG: 75 mg (3x per week)
Insulin (Rapid): 9 IU (3 days a week)
Telmisartan: 80 mg daily
Nolva: 20 mg EOD
Cialis: 10 mg EOD
Blood Pressure: 130/80
Diet Approach:
I'm following a carb-cycling strategy with 3 high-carb days each week (when insulin is used). After 3 training days, I take a rest day. I’ve attached a picture of my current macros, which are direct macros (i.e., counting only the protein in chicken, carbs in pasta, etc.). When you see "0 fats," it means no added fats in that meal.

Training Program:
I’m currently on a 4-week meso cycle designed by my coach. I’ll also share a breakdown of my training plan. The goal is to continue progressing and, eventually, have a physique that’s ready for the stage.

I’m eager to see how much more I can improve during this growth phase. Anyone else on a similar cycle or currently in a growth phase?

Thanks, I appreciate it! As for HCG and HMG, I’ve definitely noticed some differences in my recovery and strength since adding both to my regimen.
HCG has been great for maintaining testicular function and keeping things in balance while on cycle. It helps prevent that shutdown feeling, which I’ve definitely experienced in the past when I wasn’t using it. It keeps my natural testosterone production up, which aids in recovery and also helps mitigate some of the negative side effects like mood swings or low libido. HMG, on the other hand, has been a great addition for improving fertility and overall hormonal balance. It helps with both LH and FSH production, which is key for maintaining a healthy, natural hormonal environment while on cycle. I’ve found that using both together works synergistically, as HCG primarily focuses on stimulating the testes, and HMG helps with both the testes and the pituitary gland.
In terms of recovery, the combo of HCG and HMG has really helped me bounce back quicker after workouts and manage my training volume better. Strength-wise, I haven’t noticed anything too extreme in terms of immediate gains, but overall, I feel more stable and consistent, which is huge in the long run. Keeping everything balanced really helps my training performance in a sustainable way.
Of course, everyone reacts differently, but for me, this combination has made a noticeable difference, especially in keeping everything running smoothly on and off cycle. Let me know if you have any more questions or want more details on how I’ve been using them!

Checking in with a quick update—thankfully, I’ve been fully recovered for a while now, and the past few months have been incredibly productive. Strength is climbing, fullness is up, and overall training intensity is the highest it’s been since before I got sick. I’m deep in this growth phase, and things are moving in the right direction.


Current Stats & Cycle (30.06):

106.2 kg (leaner than I was at 100!)
EQ: 800 mg/week (EOD injections – pulled back slightly for RBC management)
Test E: 600 mg/week
NPP: 300 mg/week (increased for joint support and fullness)
HGH: 8 IU daily (split 4 AM / 4 PM)
HCG: 1500 IU/week
HMG: 75 mg (3x per week)
Insulin (Rapid): 10 IU (3x per week, peri-workout only)
Metformin: 500 mg AM & PM (added for insulin sensitivity)
Telmisartan: 80 mg daily
Nolva: 20 mg EOD
Cialis: 10 mg EOD
BP: 124/78
Fasting Glucose: 4.8 mmol/L


Diet Approach:
Still following carb cycling but increased the size of high-carb days to match my new output. Using intra-workout carbs now (cyclic dextrin + EAA) which has helped with recovery and pumps. Protein is sitting around 2.5 g/kg. Rest days are still low carb, low insulin, high veg + fats. Overall food is clean but voluminous—eating like a job right now.

Training Program:
Currently in Week 3 of a new push/pull/legs split (6 days/week). Rotating loading + pump days. Strength focus is still top priority, but I’ve added extra volume for delts and arms, since those are lagging a bit for stage symmetry. Recovery has been solid with the HGH bump and consistent sleep.

Goals:
Right now the target is a clean 108–109 kg before pulling back and starting a mini-cut to tighten up. I’m on track for a late-season qualifier if progress keeps up. Let’s see how much tissue I can hold while staying tight!

Anyone else prepping for late summer or early fall shows? Let’s keep pushing.
