Hi everyone,
I’m currently running a Tren E / Test E cycle (400mg and 300mg per week, respectively), and I've noticed some mild gyno flare-ups. To manage estrogen, I’ve been taking 12.5mg of Aromasin daily. However, as the gyno symptoms began, I added 20mg of Nolvadex per day, after reading that it might help. The lump is about the size of half a marble on my left side and smaller on the right.
I recently got my blood work back, which showed:
- Testosterone: 1119 ng/dL
- Estradiol (E2): 42 pg/mL
- Prolactin: 14.4 ng/mL
I understand my estradiol is on the higher side, but I’m not entirely sure about the prolactin levels. The test showed it within the normal range, but I’m wondering if I should be concerned.
I’ve ordered some Letrozole (Letro) to address the elevated E2, as I definitely want to avoid further gyno development.
Can anyone provide advice on adjusting my AI dosage to best balance estrogen and manage the gyno moving forward? Has anyone here had a similar experience and found a solution that worked for them?
Thanks in advance
