How Much Alcohol is “Safe” During a Light Cycle?

What’s up, everyone — just throwing this out there to get some experienced insight. Let’s say someone’s running a mild blast: basic TRT as a foundation, with maybe 1–2 moderate compounds on top, and possibly a small oral dose — total gear under 1g/week.
In that context, how much alcohol (if any) do you guys feel is realistically okay without significantly messing up your results, blood markers, or general health?
I know alcohol and anabolics don’t exactly mix well, but curious to hear how much room there is for the occasional drink. What’s your take — total no-go, or is there a middle ground?
