Hello everyone,

I’m Steve, 59 years old, and I’ve been training for over 30 years. I’ve always had a passion for fitness, and over the years, I’ve learned how to adjust my training and nutrition as my body changes. I started lifting in my late 20s, and it’s been a big part of my life ever since. These days, my main focus is maintaining strength, working on specific muscle groups, and managing my overall health.

Outside of the gym, I’m married and have two grown kids. I’ve always enjoyed the balance that fitness gives me—it's my stress relief and my way to stay energized. At this point, I’ve moved away from the heavy lifting I did in my 30s and 40s and focus more on functional strength and injury prevention.

I’m here to learn from all of you, share some of my experiences, and continue pushing my limits. I’ll be posting updates on my progress and would love to hear your tips and advice, especially when it comes to training as we get older!
