I typically struggle to get to the gym more than 3 times a week due to work commitments, so I want to maximize the effectiveness of each session. Is there anything I can take pre-workout that would help boost my performance and make my workouts more effective? Currently, I'm on 200mg of TRT per week, but I'm working on adjusting my schedule to hit the gym more often.
Has anyone tried using AAS or other performance enhancers specifically for improving workouts, and if so, what were your results?
