Hello everyone!
As all good things must come to an end, it’s time for me to enter my “health phase.” This log will likely be brief—about two months at most—but during this phase, my goal is to maintain the muscle I’ve gained while keeping the leanness I’ve achieved in my previous cycle. I'll also focus on resensitizing my body and priming it for the next growth phase. I’m excited about what I’ve learned so far, and I hope to make significant progress in my next cycle.
What I’ve Learned So Far
Over the past few months, I’ve realized that keeping things simple is key. There’s no need to overcomplicate things. During this TRT phase, I’ll be focusing on finding my maintenance calories and adjusting as needed. My training will stay heavy and intense, but I’ll dial back the volume, since I won’t be using high amounts of anabolic compounds. The focus will be on maintaining muscle while avoiding unnecessary muscle loss.

TRT Protocol
- Testosterone Enanthate (Test E): 250mg/week
I’ll be running “self TRT” at this dosage, and I plan to keep it simple and straightforward.
Training Routine
I will continue with the same Push/Pull/Legs (PPL) split I’ve been following. This will either be a 5 or 6-day routine, depending on how I feel. As always, I’ll include 20 minutes of cardio after each lifting session to keep my conditioning up.
Next Mass-Building Cycle
Once I’m finished with this TRT phase, my next mass-building cycle will focus on staying lean. Here are the proposed compounds I plan to use for that cycle:
- Testosterone Enanthate: 500mg/week
- Deca Durabolin: 300mg/week
- Masteron: 300mg/week
- Anadrol: 50mg/day for the first 4 weeks, and then again for the last 4 weeks
- Aromatase Inhibitor (AI): As needed, though I don’t aromatize much, so it’s unlikely I’ll need it.
Stats:
- Age: 26
- Height: 6'0"
- Weight: 220 lbs
- Body Fat: ~9-12%, depending on water retention (no exact test done)
Diet Plan
As you all know, I’m a strong advocate of clean eating, and I truly believe it makes a massive difference. My meals will remain largely the same for the next 8 weeks, though I may adjust some carb sources for variety. I’ll be keeping an eye on my calorie intake and adjusting it as needed. By the end of this log, I’ll be getting blood work done to ensure everything is in check. Deca has a long ester, so I want to make sure it’s fully cleared before checking my vitals.

- 4 whole eggs
- 2 low-carb tortillas
- Meal 2:
- 250g organic Greek yogurt
- 100g blueberries
- 20g sugar-free maple syrup
- Meal 3:
- 400g organic chicken breast
- 300g sweet potato
- 100g broccoli
- Meal 4:
- 400g organic chicken breast
- 300g sweet potato
- 100g broccoli
- Meal 5:
- 250g organic Greek yogurt
- 100g blueberries

- Calories: 2300 kcal
- Protein: 300g
