Hey everyone,
This is my first time logging a cycle, so please bear with me if it’s a bit rough around the edges. I'll be tracking everything from dosages to bloodwork, and I plan to update you guys regularly throughout the 16 weeks.
Cycle Overview
I’m starting a 16-week cycle aimed at lean bulking. My primary goal is to add as much size as possible while keeping fat gains to a minimum. I’m currently cruising on 200mg of Testosterone and 200mg of Masteron (split between Sunday and Thursday), and I’ve just started a low dose of DNP (100mg per day) for the next two weeks to shed some extra fat before beginning the main blast.
I will be gradually increasing my dosages as the cycle progresses. Here’s what the full cycle will look like:
Cycle Breakdown (Weeks 1-16)
- Testosterone Enanthate: 500-750mg per week
- Primobolan Enanthate: 400-600mg per week
- Masteron Enanthate: 600-800mg per week
- HGH:
- 5iu Novo pre-workout
- 10iu Lantus first thing in the morning
- 5iu HGH split between pre-workout and pre-bed
Ancillaries & Support
- Telmisartan: 40-80mg per day
- Cialis: 10mg per day
- TUDCA: 1000mg per day
- NAC: 500mg per day
Note: Injection days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Training Split
- Push (Shoulder Focus)
- Pull (No Lower Back Loading)
- Legs
- Push (Chest Focus)
- Density (Core, Legs, Arms with Supersets)
I’ll also be doing 30 minutes of LISS cardio every day and incorporating regular 10-minute HIIT sessions.
Macros & Diet
Macros will be finalized closer to the start of the cycle, after I see how my body responds to the initial fat loss phase. I’ll update this as things progress.
Bloodwork & Monitoring
I’ll be doing bloodwork at various points throughout the cycle to track health markers, especially liver and kidney function, as well as hormone levels. I’ll share the results here as I get them.
