Hey everyone, I’m starting this log to document my current cycle with Anavar, RAD140, and Cardarine. I’m hoping this can provide some useful insights and maybe even spark a discussion on how others have experienced similar cycles. Here’s the rundown:
Cycle Details:
- Anavar: 50mg/day (just upped this from 40mg)
- RAD140: 20mg/day
- Cardarine: 20mg/day
- N2Guard: 1 cap/day (to support liver and kidney health)
Personal Stats:
- Age: 32
- Height: 5'7"
- Weight: 165 lbs
- Body Fat: 19.5%
- Lean Mass: 75.4 lbs
I’ve been training consistently for 4 years now, mostly CrossFit up until 4 months ago. I track my progress using an InBody scale for muscle and fat composition. Recently, my weight has stayed around 165 lbs with minor fluctuations.
Training Regimen:
- Weight Training: 4-day split (Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri)
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): 3 days per week (mostly open rolls)
- Cardio: 3 days per week, mostly Tabata-style training with a mix of machines.
Cycle Status:
I’m currently 11 days into my cycle (should’ve started logging earlier, but here we are). My primary goal is to recomp—drop some body fat while gaining muscle. If my weight goes down slightly, that’s fine as long as I’m replacing fat with lean tissue.
Diet:
Before starting the cycle, I was maintaining my weight at around 2900 calories/day. As of now, I’ve lowered my intake to 2000-2200 calories/day to aid fat loss and better support the recomp goal.
Initial Results:
- Scale Weight: There’s been minimal change in weight so far, but I’ve noticed a small increase in muscle mass and a slight rise in body fat percentage. It’s early days, so I’m not concerned yet.
- Strength Gains: My strength in the gym has definitely improved. I’m hitting more reps and increasing weights, especially in compound lifts.
- Cardio Performance: With the addition of Cardarine, my endurance has noticeably improved. For example, I typically run 3 miles with an average pace of 8:02/mile. After starting the cycle, I’ve shaved off some time and am averaging 7:32/mile over the same distance.
Training & Supplement Timing:
- Morning (pre-workout): Take 25mg of Anavar and 20mg of Cardarine upon waking.
- Post-workout (2 hours later): Take 20mg of RAD140.
- Afternoon: I take the second dose of 25mg of Anavar around 4:30 pm.
- N2Guard: Half the dose with breakfast, the other half with lunch.
I typically train around 5:30-6:00 AM, so I have my first dose of Anavar and Cardarine first thing in the morning.
Additional Notes:
- My cardio capacity has definitely improved, and I’m sweating more in my weightlifting sessions, which I believe is a result of Anavar.
- I’m still in the early stages, so I’ll keep this log updated with weekly weigh-ins and any changes I notice throughout the cycle.
