I'm excited to share my journey with you all! This is my first log, and I’ll be documenting everything in real-time. It's great to be back and pushing forward again after overcoming some recent health setbacks (including a nasty flu). But nothing can stop me from reaching my goals—especially with the support of all you knowledgeable people in this community. Let's get this cycle going strong and make it one to remember!
Cycle Overview:
Duration: 12 Weeks
Primary Goal: Achieve an athletic build with high cardiovascular fitness. My target is to hit around 90kg at ~10% body fat. This is a lean bulk cycle designed to add muscle and improve overall conditioning.
Current Stats:
- Age: 36
- Height: 181cm (5’11”)
- Weight: 82kg (181 lbs)
- Body Fat: ~9-10%
- Hair: Noticed a slight thinning, but nothing major
- Face: Handsome as always! (Had to throw that in there)
Cycle Plan:
Weeks 1-12
- Testosterone Enanthate: 400mg EOD (AnabolikChikin)
- Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP): 200mg EOD (Popeye Labs)
- DHB (Dihydroboldenone): 100mg EOD (Popeye Labs)
- Clenbuterol: 40mcg ED (UGLOZ)
Weeks 1-6
- Turinabol: 50mg ED (Quantum)
Weeks 7-12
- IGF-1 LR3: 50mcg ED (Popeye Labs)
Support & Pharma:
- Cialis: 10mg ED (for blood flow & performance)
- Arimidex: 1mg (if needed, to manage estrogen)
- Telmisartan: 40mg (if needed, for blood pressure support)
Supplementation:
- Omega-3 Fish Oil: 3300mg
- NAC: 1500mg
- TUDCA: 1200mg
- Vitamin D: 5000iu
- Vitamin C: 5000mg
- Zinc: 40mg
- Chromium: 400mcg
- CoQ10: 300mg
- Berberine: 1500mg
- Citrus Bergamot: 1500mg

Notes: My diet is designed to fuel my workouts and recovery. I'm aiming to add lean muscle mass while staying relatively low in body fat. I’ll be adjusting my intake as needed based on progress, but this is the starting point.

Tuesday & Thursday:
- Cardio (Bike) 15 minutes
- Stretching & Foam Rolling 20 minutes
- Abdominals, Mobility Drills (ankles, hips), Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves, Tibialis
- Cardio (30kg vest Stairmaster) 2-3 x 5 minutes OR Interval Sprints 15 km/hr 25 minutes
Friday:
- Cardio (Bike) 15 minutes
- Stretching & Foam Rolling 20 minutes
- Abdominals, Biceps, Triceps, Back, Chest
Cycle Expectations & Updates:
I’m really looking forward to this cycle. It’s been a while since I’ve run such an aggressive stack, but I believe it’ll help me add the muscle mass I’m looking for while maintaining my cardiovascular fitness. My plan is to update this log weekly with progress pictures, strength gains, diet modifications, and any changes to my training. I’ll also share any challenges I run into, so this log can be as informative as possible.
I’m always looking to learn from others with more experience, so if you’ve run a similar cycle or have any tips regarding stacking Test E, NPP, DHB, or any of the other compounds I’m using, I’d love to hear your thoughts. How did you handle potential side effects? Any advice on managing a high-volume cardio schedule while on cycle? Please feel free to share your experiences!
