My Pre-Cycle Log: Starting My Journey

Hey everyone,
I’m kicking off my pre-cycle log and I’m looking for advice, feedback, or any insights you might have as I prepare for my upcoming cycle. I’ve done my research, but I know there’s no substitute for real-world experience, so I’m hoping to connect with people who can share their knowledge, tips, or even critiques to help me get the best results.

My Plan:
I’m currently in the preparation phase before I start my cycle, and I want to make sure I have all the foundational aspects in place:
- Training: Focusing on maintaining solid strength and conditioning while getting my body ready for the added intensity of the cycle.
- Diet: Dialing in my nutrition to ensure I’m in a good place metabolically before I begin.
- Health & Supplements: Making sure I’m supporting my body in all the right ways with vitamins, minerals, and other health supplements.
- Cycle: I’ll be starting with a moderate stack, and I’ll update you all once I finalize it with my coach.

I’m open to any recommendations you all have based on your experience. Whether it’s about training, diet, supplements, or even things you wish you had done differently in your own pre-cycle prep, I’d love to hear it!

Hey man, nice log! A couple of thoughts:
Test Cycle: 400mg of Test E is a solid starting dose, but I’d suggest starting at 500mg/week if you're looking for noticeable gains, especially for your first cycle. Some guys report better results at 500mg compared to 400mg. Just make sure you're monitoring how you feel and adjust as needed.
Tbol: I see you’ve got Tbol at 30mg/day. That’s a good dose for strength, but be cautious with liver strain over longer periods. I used it for 6 weeks in my first cycle and didn’t run into any problems, but always pay attention to any signs of liver issues (pain, fatigue, etc.). Also, consider running it for 4-5 weeks instead of 6 if you're worried about stress on your liver.
PCT: Personally, I think you’re overthinking the PCT a little with Ostarine and Aromasin. I ran Clomid and Nolvadex alone for my PCT and it worked just fine. You don’t really need Ostarine unless you want to preserve muscle during a very aggressive cut or a long cycle. Aromasin is usually unnecessary for PCT unless you’re dealing with high estrogen issues during your cycle.I’ve been training for 5 years and ran my first cycle at 25, 500mg Test E + 30mg Tbol. Strength and size gains were great, but it was crucial to get the diet and training on point, which I think you're doing well already. Keep the diet clean, and don’t forget that calories in vs. calories out will determine how lean you get.
