June 6 Log – New Chapter Begins
Hey everyone,
It’s been a solid few months of consistent training, steady nutrition, and some hard-earned PRs, but I figured it’s time to start a fresh log. Why? Because I’ve officially entered a new phase of my journey — I’ve just started my next blast, and with the changes coming, I want to document everything from Day 1 with a clean slate and renewed focus. The last few updates were great for building momentum, but this marks a real shift in direction and intensity.
Cycle officially began this week, and here’s the structure I’m running:
Testosterone Enanthate – 250 mg/week
Primobolan Enanthate – 600 mg/week
Dianabol – 20 mg/day (first 4 weeks only)
Keeping Test low to cruise while letting Primo do the heavy lifting. Dbol is there to kickstart things with strength, fullness, and appetite. Just a few days in and I’m already noticing some early signs — fuller muscles, better pumps, and a nice uptick in motivation in the gym.
Current Stats:
Weight: 97 kg (213.8 lbs)
Body Fat: Roughly 19–20%
Height: 5’9”
Age: 29
Calories: ~4100/day
Macros: 210g Protein / 500g Carbs / 135g Fat
Steps: ~10,000/day
Supplements: NAC, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D, Creatine, Metformin (500 mg/day), Niacin
Training Update:
Still on a 4-day/week powerlifting split, but made some small tweaks with my coach now that the blast has started. Focus is on heavier top sets and more volume on accessories. Conditioning is still in — twice a week light cardio sessions to stay on top of overall health.
Recent Lifts:
Squat: 200 kg x 2 — feeling strong and controlled
Deadlift: Planning to retest soon, shooting for 225+
Bench Press: 140 kg x 5 remains solid, eyeing a 1RM test in a couple weeks

- Improve overall visual aesthetics, especially shoulders and back
- Push deadlift to 230 kg or more
- Monitor health markers throughout — quality gains only
