Hey everyone!

I’m a 43-year-old gym junkie with about 5 years of serious training under my belt. Right now, I’m on a mission to cut fat and keep my muscles looking sharp — no fluff, just results. I’m running a mix of Test E, NPP, Masteron, HGH, and Anavar, eating clean and high-protein, and hitting the gym 4 days a week with some solid coaching help.

I’m here to share the good, the bad, and the sweaty, and maybe learn a thing or two from all you seasoned pros. If you’ve got tips on training, nutrition, or PEDs (or just want to trade gym fails), I’m all ears.
