Recommended dosages. Beginner stack. Aromatase Inhibitors (AI)

Hi everyone! My last part in big overview of recommended dosages for beginner stack.
Aromatase inhibitors (AI) are commonly used during anabolic steroid cycles to control estrogen levels, which can otherwise lead to unwanted side effects like gynecomastia and water retention. The two most widely used AI’s are Aromasin and Arimidex.
Aromasin (Exemestane)

Aromasin is a Type-1 (suicidal) aromatase inhibitor, meaning it irreversibly binds to the aromatase enzyme, preventing the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. One of its key benefits is that it does not cause estrogen rebound, making it a popular choice during both cycles and post-cycle therapy (PCT).
For a moderate testosterone cycle (e.g., 500 mg/week), a typical dose is 12.5 mg daily (ED). Some individuals find that taking 25 mg every other day (EOD) is just as effective. Aromasin can also help increase IGF-1 levels, which can support muscle growth. During PCT, some users reduce the dose to half to maintain estrogen control while avoiding potential rebound.
Arimidex (Anastrozole)

Arimidex is a Type-2 (reversible) aromatase inhibitor, which means it binds to the aromatase enzyme temporarily, and once discontinued, estrogen levels can rebound. This is particularly a concern during higher-dose testosterone cycles. For a moderate testosterone cycle (e.g., 500 mg/week), a typical starting dose is 0.25 mg every third day (E3D). If you stop using Arimidex abruptly, you may experience a rebound in estrogen levels, especially if the cycle included high doses of testosterone.
Monitoring and Adjusting Dosage

To fine-tune your AI dosage, it's important to get bloodwork done after your anabolic steroid cycle has reached peak serum levels (usually after a couple of weeks). This will give you an accurate picture of your estrogen levels, allowing you to adjust your AI dosage—either increasing or decreasing it—to maintain hormonal balance.

If you've used Aromasin or Arimidex during your cycles, what dosage worked best for you? Have you experienced any issues with estrogen rebound or other side effects? Share your experiences and tips to help others fine-tune their approach!

I've been using Aromasin during my cycles for a while now, and I personally prefer it over Arimidex. I started with 12.5 mg daily, but I found that 25 mg every other day worked just as well for me. I did bloodwork after a few weeks of starting my cycle and my estrogen levels were stable, so I didn't need to adjust much. No issues with rebound either, which is great. For anyone considering Aromasin, I’d say start with the lower dose and adjust based on bloodwork.
