Hey everyone!
I’m kicking off a 10-week cut to get sharp and shredded for an upcoming wedding in New York. As many of you know, life can get pretty chaotic—especially when you’re juggling a demanding job in the medical field—but I’m fully committed to making this work. I've got a coach helping me fine-tune everything from nutrition to training, and I’m especially focusing on how to balance fitness with my unpredictable day-to-day schedule.
A Bit About My Journey:
Two years ago, I ran an Ostarine cycle and had some incredible results. However, things took a turn after a work accident that sidelined me both physically and mentally. During the recovery period, I ended up gaining weight, going from 100kg to 117kg.
Once my body was ready, I knew I had to make a serious change—not just to shed the weight, but to reset my mindset and lifestyle. Over the past several months, I’ve gradually dropped back down to 107kg by making slower diet adjustments, incorporating daily walks, and recently diving into kettlebell training for 8 weeks. I’m now feeling much better and more energized, so I’m ready to take my training to the next level with SARMs and a solid new routine.
What’s the Plan?
Over the next 10 weeks, I’ll be following a cutting program with SARMs, and I’ll be sharing regular updates here. You can expect:
- Diet, Training, and Recovery Updates: I’ll keep it real with daily updates on how I’m eating, training, and managing my recovery.
- Work-Life Balance: As a shift worker, I’ll be sharing how I juggle fitness with my unpredictable schedule, including how I manage light recovery activities before night shifts and maintain energy levels.
- Adapting the Plan: Things won’t always go according to plan, so I’ll be tweaking my strategy along the way and sharing what’s working (and what’s not).
I’m excited to make this interactive, so feel free to chime in with your own experiences, advice, or questions! I’ll be posting daily updates here to keep everyone in the loop.
Supplement Stack:
Here’s what I’m using to enhance my cut:
- Ostarine (MK-2866): 20mg/day – I’ve had great success with this in the past for maintaining muscle while cutting.
- Cardarine (GW-501516) + SR9009: 20mg of Cardarine + 10mg SR9009 pre-cardio – for enhanced endurance and fat burning during my Zone 2 cardio sessions.
- Pre-Workout IM Injections:
- L-Carnitine: 850mg for the first 10 workouts (loading phase), then 200mg per 25kg body weight for maintenance. Helps with fat oxidation and recovery.
- Glucagon: 0.1mg for increased fat mobilization and energy during training.
- Supportive Supplements:
- Multivitamin (for overall health)
- B100 Complex (for energy)
- Vitamins E, D3, K (for immunity and muscle health)
- Magnesium, NAC, TUDCA (liver support and detox)
- Omega-3s (for inflammation and joint health)
- Boswellia Extract (for joint recovery)
- Red Yeast Rice (for cholesterol support)
- Ashwagandha (for stress management and recovery)
Final Thoughts:
I’m ready to dive in and see what this cutting cycle brings. I’ll be updating this thread regularly to track progress, and I’m really interested to hear your thoughts on my stack, training, and approach. If anyone has experience with SARMs, particularly Ostarine, Cardarine, or SR9009, or has advice on balancing shift work with fitness, I’d love to hear it.
Catch you in the updates!
