Hey everyone! I'm excited to share the details of my cycle with you all. The plan is to pin on Monday and Thursday, sticking to a steady routine to manage my progress.
Cycle Overview:
Weeks 1-14:
- Testosterone Enanthate (Test E) 400mg/week
- Equipoise (Eq) 400mg/week (Starting with 200mg in week 1 to assess tolerance)
- Arimidex 1mg/week (0.5mg on Tuesday and Friday) to manage potential estrogenic side effects
- Fish Oil and N2Guard for overall health support and liver protection
Weeks 1-6:
- Winstrol 50mg daily (taken pre-workout) to aid in lean mass gains and fat reduction
Goals:
- Primary goal: Increase lean mass while reducing body fat.
- Secondary goal: Minimize water retention and estrogenic side effects by managing aromatization with Arimidex and monitoring diet and training.
Meal Plan:
- Breakfast: 6 scrambled eggs with avocado for healthy fats and protein.
- Lunch 1 & 2: Grilled chicken, 1 cup of veggies, and ½ cup of rice (a solid carb source to fuel workouts).
- Dinner: Tuna or Salmon paired with veggies for lean protein and healthy fats.
- I’ll make sure to add red meat at least once a week for extra iron and nutrient density.
Workout Split:
I’ve structured my training to target different muscle groups while also ensuring sufficient rest. The goal is to maximize muscle growth with a focus on compound movements and high-intensity training.
- Monday: Chest with some triceps at the end
- Tuesday: Back with some biceps at the end
- Wednesday: Shoulders
- Thursday: Legs
- Friday: Arms (focused on biceps and triceps) plus a flat bench/chest pre-movement

Hammer Incline Chest Press:
- 45x15
- 70x12
- 80x12
- 90x10
- 100x6
Dumbbell Incline Fly:
- 4 sets of 12 reps at 30 lbs
Machine Fly:
- 120x12, 120x12, 120x12, 120x15
Dips:
- 180x12, 180x12, 180x12, 180x12
Tricep Pushdowns:
- 100x20, 100x20, 100x20
Cardio: 30 minutes steady-state
- On a lighter note, I’ve been noticing that my beard is coming in thick and full, which has been a nice bonus. My wife loves it, and honestly, I do too. After all those years in the military, where I had to shave daily, it’s a relief to let it grow. I’m planning to keep it trimmed but definitely not shaving it off anytime soon.
