Hi all!
My goal is to add to the knowledge base on Proviron’s role in Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) and answer some common questions related to its use.

Questions We’ll Address:
- Is Proviron recommended as an addition to PCT?
- How does Proviron affect the normal recovery process during PCT?
- What is the ideal dosing and protocol for using Proviron both on cycle and during PCT?

Experiment Overview
As I begin to experiment with Proviron during PCT, I intend to share detailed updates and gather input from others who have used Proviron during this phase. Collectively, our experiences will offer valuable insight for the community.

I’m reaching out to those with personal experience using Proviron—whether during a cycle or as part of PCT or TRT. If you have insights, feel free to send me a PM or post in the thread with as much detail as you can provide.

Initial Thoughts on Proviron in PCT

I recently began a cycle after a 20-year break and at 50 years old. Early in my cycle, I decided to test Proviron alone for three days (before adding injectables) to see how it would affect my body. After just three days, I noticed several improvements, including increased libido, mood, and even slight testicular enlargement. These positive effects made me curious about how Proviron might impact PCT recovery.

The literature on Proviron’s role in PCT is conflicting. Some sources advise against it, while others suggest it might be helpful. Personally, after extensive research and initial experiments, I believe it’s safe to run Proviron during PCT, though more data is needed.

Protocol and Experimentation

I started my experiment with a 25mg daily dose of Proviron for three days, alongside a standard PCT regimen:

- Day 14 post-cycle: 100mcg of Triptorelin
- Day 15: Start typical PCT with Clomid (100/100/50/50) and Raloxifene (60/60/30/30).

Over the course of my PCT, I adjusted the Proviron dose to 50mg per day, split into two doses (25mg each, taken 8 hours apart).

Early Results

After two days of 25mg of Proviron, I observed notable improvements:

- Mood and performance : I felt significantly better, almost like being on cycle again. My libido increased, testicular size was up, and I experienced better overall performance.
- Bloodwork : I had blood drawn at the beginning of my cycle, and subsequent results indicated that my LH and FSH were not suppressed—an encouraging sign for my recovery.

While it’s difficult to attribute all improvements directly to Proviron, it has certainly not hindered my recovery process. Bloodwork results should help clarify this.

Further Observations

After a while, I was feeling almost “on cycle” again, with a noticeable increase in vascularity and performance. However, it’s hard to isolate Proviron’s exact impact since PCT and natural testosterone recovery are also in play. I’ve continued to take 25mg of Proviron daily and have felt no adverse effects. The experiment is ongoing, and I plan to update the community on my final bloodwork results and overall conclusions.

After completing my PCT with Proviron, I’ll share my final bloodwork results and further reflections. It’s clear that Proviron doesn’t seem to hurt recovery, but the exact role it plays remains uncertain. I encourage others to share their experiences to help deepen our understanding of how Proviron interacts with PCT recovery.

If you've used Proviron in PCT or as part of TRT, whats your experience. Please share your results, dosage protocols, and any other relevant insights. Your feedback will help shape a more comprehensive understanding of Proviron's effects.

Stay tuned for more updates as I continue this experiment, and feel free to contribute your experiences—together, we can refine our knowledge of this important aspect of bodybuilding and recovery.
