Hey everyone,
Straight to the point—do vegan diets provide the same muscle-building benefits as meat-based diets, or is there a clear advantage to including animal protein for muscle growth?
I’ve always been old-school, thinking that complete proteins from animal products were the most effective source of protein for gaining muscle. But with more athletes adopting plant-based diets, I’m starting to wonder: can vegans achieve the same level of muscle gain as those who consume meat?
Lately, there’s been a lot of buzz around a controversial figure on YouTube—Vegan Gainz—who's challenging the validity of traditional diet choices and promoting veganism for muscle growth. This has raised some interesting debates, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on the subject.
Is the vegan diet truly viable for building muscle, or is it just another fad that’s trending right now? If there are any vegans in the community, I’d really appreciate hearing about your personal experiences and how you’ve managed to reach your goals on a plant-based diet.
Looking forward to hearing your opinions!
Thanks in advance!
