Respect for staying natty and still following the log — love that. I try to approach PEDs like any other tool: know the mechanism, monitor response, and minimize risk. Will definitely share bloods once I have them!
 
Low-fat post-workout and high-fat pre? Interesting strategy, never tried that. Mind sharing what your typical pre looks like macros-wise? I usually just do a basic carb/protein combo.
Yeah for pre-workout I usually do around 25–30g fat, 40–50g carbs, and 40–50g protein. Something like 5% beef + jasmine rice + some fruit (pineapple or berries). Keeps me stable for longer sessions without crashes.

Arms are finally starting to come up, especially triceps. I’ve added some extra volume on the second upper day — mostly incline cable skullcrushers + preacher curls with different rep ranges. Getting tighter control on tempo too, which seems to help.
 
That 140x6 chest press is wild. Respect. You running any kind of blood pressure support?
Yeah, I’m running Organ Defender daily + 4g taurine + 100mg ubiquinol. BP’s been stable around 120/70 so far, but I’ll recheck once I do my next bloods. Mast can sneak up on you with lipids though, so keeping a close eye.
