16-Week Testosterone, Cardarine, and N2Guard Cycle Log

Goal: Decrease body fat percentage while maintaining strength. Primarily aiming to look shredded for the summer—purely for vanity and to feel good about myself.

Cycle Overview (Weeks 1–16):
- Testosterone: 500mg/week (split into 250mg/250mg)
- Cardarine (GW): 20mg/day (split into 10mg/10mg, weeks 1–12)
- N2Guard: 7 caps/day (split into 3 in the AM, 4 in the PM)
- Aromasin: 10mg/day (split into 5mg AM/PM)
- Cadazol (Pre-Workout): 2 caps (unsure about the effectiveness or details—anyone have info on this?)

Diet:
- Calories: 2100 kcal/day
- Protein: 180g
- Carbs: 175g
- Fats: 75g (exclusive of fish oil)
- I will be aiming to maintain a small calorie deficit while incorporating intermittent fasting—fasting for 14–16 hours daily (from dinner until the first meal at 11:15 AM).
- Nutritional focus: Ensuring sufficient protein intake to preserve muscle mass while cutting fat.
Training Plan:
- I have about one hour per day for training, so maximizing the efficiency of each workout is crucial.
- To make the most of this time, I’m planning to focus on compound movements (such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses) with a mix of heavy lifting and supersets.
- I may incorporate bodyweight exercises in the AM to get some extra volume and work on mobility, especially if I’m pressed for time.
Would love suggestions from others who’ve had success with quick, effective training routines—specifically for fat loss while maintaining strength. Any tips for maximizing an hour in the gym would be appreciated!
PCT (Post Cycle Therapy):
- I have everything for Perfect PCT ready to go once the cycle is complete.
- After finishing the cycle, I’ll be cruising on a TRT dose of testosterone through the summer and then proceed with the full Perfect PCT protocol.


Additional Thoughts:
- Aromasin: I’m using Aromasin as an AI to keep estrogen under control during the cycle. It seems to be working well so far—no signs of excessive water retention or other estrogenic sides.
- N2Guard: I’m using N2Guard for organ protection throughout the cycle. It includes liver, kidney, and cardiovascular support, which is essential when running longer cycles with higher doses of testosterone.
- Cardarine (GW): I’ve used Cardarine before for fat loss and endurance improvement, so I’m adding it back in this cycle. The 12-week run should help me burn fat without sacrificing muscle.

Questions:
1. Cadazol Pre-Workout: I’ve never heard of this product before. I assume it’s some kind of stimulant or performance enhancer, but I can’t find much information online. Has anyone used it or know if it's effective for pre-workout energy and endurance?
2. Diet Suggestions: My macro breakdown is set, but I’m open to suggestions on how to optimize my diet for fat loss and muscle retention, especially around my training days. Should I adjust carbs or fats depending on workout intensity?
3. Training in a Time Crunch: As I only have an hour a day to train, what is your best strategy for effective fat loss while maintaining strength? I’m considering HIIT, supersets, and possibly incorporating more bodyweight movements—but would appreciate anyone’s personal experiences with maximizing time in the gym while staying focused on fat loss.
 
I’ve heard mixed things about Cadazol. Maybe skip it and stick to what works—your plan’s solid! 👌

Current Status:



  • Bodyweight: Down ~9.1 lbs since the start
  • Visuals: Looking noticeably leaner — abs are fully visible now, serratus and obliques coming in strong
  • Strength: Holding well, slight decrease in reps on compound lifts (expected as calories drop), but no real performance crash
  • Energy & Mood: Stable, though starting to feel a little "flat" by the end of long days — likely a combo of calorie deficit + nearing end of the cycle

Cycle — Weeks 13–14 Recap:


  • Testosterone: Still at 500mg/week, no major changes. Libido and recovery solid.
  • Cardarine (GW): Finished at Week 12 as planned. Endurance was definitely enhanced, and fat loss stayed steady.
  • Aromasin: Holding at 5mg/day. No estrogenic sides, joints feel fine, libido in check.
  • N2Guard: Still running full dose — feel it's helping, especially with liver support. Planning to taper during cruise.
  • Cadazol: Officially dropped. Switched to a basic pre of caffeine + citrulline + beta-alanine. Energy is cleaner, no crash.

Diet Update:


  • Dropped calories slightly to ~2000/day (mainly pulling back ~25g carbs).
  • Carb cycling still in play — slightly higher carbs on leg/upper days, lower on rest days.
  • Added more green veggies and chia/flax to help with digestion and fiber — appetite and digestion are dialed in now.
  • Still following intermittent fasting, 14–16 hr fasts. I feel sharper during the day, and it's helped with hunger control late into the cut.

Training — Final Push:


  • Maintaining the 4-day upper/lower split + 2 short morning circuits
  • Lowered volume just a bit (less accessory fluff), but intensity is high — focus is on quality sets over quantity
  • 2–3x/week fasted morning walks (30–45 mins) for active recovery + extra fat burn
  • No HIIT right now — CNS feels taxed enough from heavy lifting + deficit

Physique Update:


  • Best shape I’ve been in for a few years — abs visible, vascular, shoulders are capped
  • Skin quality is noticeably better (likely combo of diet, hydration, and maybe some HGH rebound from peptides earlier this year)
  • Getting compliments from people at the gym — pure vanity goal ✔️

Bloodwork:


  • Getting updated labs this week before I taper to TRT dose. Will check:
    • E2
    • Lipids
    • Liver enzymes
    • Total + free testosterone
    • Fasting glucose + insulin sensitivity (was borderline during peak HGH use)

Next Phase – Cruise + PCT Prep:


  • Plan to drop to TRT dose (likely 150mg/week) starting Week 17
  • N2Guard will continue for 2–3 weeks into cruise then taper off
  • Perfect PCT is on deck for July if I decide to fully come off
  • Might reintroduce low-dose Ipamorelin during cruise if recovery or sleep dips
Final Notes:

  • Fat loss has been very clean — no crashes, no muscle loss, no joint issues
  • Only real side effects were mild flatness and a slight drop in gym pumps after stopping Cardarine
  • Overall, the cycle has done exactly what I hoped: leaned out hard, kept strength, and feel better about how I look heading into summer
 
Yeah, I’ve seen the same — some say Cadazol hits, others say it’s a dud. Personally? Not super impressed. The energy is inconsistent, and there’s no real “kick” like with a solid stim-based pre. Appreciate the vote of confidence on the plan — trying to keep it smart and tight this time around. 👌
