Hey Family!
I'm excited to begin my 2nd cycle, and I’m looking forward to your support, guidance, and feedback as I dive into this journey. I’m all about sharing my experiences and learning along the way. My passions outside of bodybuilding include my love for Christ, family, and of course, rock 'n' roll. I’ve also developed a new-found focus on getting healthier, and I’m pumped to share this journey with all of you here.

About Me:
- Age: 57
- Weight: 238 lbs
- Cycle History: 2nd cycle
- Goals:
1. Lose weight and drop to 225 lbs.
2. Increase strength, especially on the bench. Current best is 225 lbs for 4 reps, and I'm aiming to hit 225 lbs for 10 reps.
Cycle Details:
I’ll be running a cycle that includes TRT and a combination of compounds. Here's the breakdown of what I'll be using:
- Testosterone Enanthate: 1ml (200mg)
- Deca Durabolin: 1ml (300mg)
- Primobolan: 1ml (200mg)
- Anavar: 50mg daily
I’ll be sticking to the same TRT dose of 180mg per week, but I’m incorporating some additional compounds to help with muscle retention and strength gains.
Training and Nutrition:
- I’ll be sharing my workouts and meals, so expect updates on how I’m progressing in both strength and weight.
- Currently, my main focus will be on weight loss while maintaining muscle mass and boosting strength.
- I’ll keep the training intensity high and the focus on progressive overload, especially in compound movements like bench press, squats, and deadlifts.

Next Steps:
As I progress through this cycle, I'll be documenting workouts, meals, and any adjustments I make. I’ll also be sharing bloodwork results to track how my body is responding to the cycle.
If any of you have experience with a similar stack or have insights on managing a cycle in your 50s (or beyond), I’d love to hear your thoughts! I'm always looking for ways to improve and ensure I'm staying healthy while pushing for strength gains. Also, if anyone has run a TRT + Deca/Primo + Anavar stack, I’d appreciate any advice on how to optimize for both fat loss and strength.
Let’s do this, and I look forward to learning from the experience of others on the forum!

Hey family!

It’s been a couple of months since my last post, so I wanted to share how things have been going with my second cycle. I’ve been keeping focused on my goals and making steady progress.

I’m down to 230 lbs now, so I’ve lost about 8 lbs so far. My body fat is around 22%, and I can already see some definition in my chest and shoulders, which is a nice change. My bench press has improved too—I’m now hitting 225 lbs for 6 reps, so I’m getting closer to my goal of 10 reps at that weight.

I’m still on the same cycle with testosterone enanthate, deca durabolin, primobolan, and anavar. I’ve been sticking to 200 mg of testosterone per week, and the other compounds are all in check at the doses I mentioned before. I’ve been feeling pretty good, with no noticeable side effects, and I think the deca is really helping with my joints. The strength gains have been solid, and my energy levels have stayed consistent.

In terms of training, I’ve been sticking to my usual routine, focusing on compound movements like bench press, squats, and deadlifts, and pushing for progressive overload. I’ve been adjusting the volume a bit, trying to make sure I’m not overtraining while still pushing hard enough to see progress. I’m taking rest days when needed, and I’m keeping the intensity high on my leg and upper body workouts. The goal is to continue burning fat while maintaining muscle.

For nutrition, I’m eating about 2,000-2,200 calories a day, trying to keep things clean. I’m making sure to get a lot of protein, and I’ve been sticking with whole foods like chicken, salmon, quinoa, and sweet potatoes. I’m also having a protein shake post-workout with spinach and almond butter to make sure I’m recovering well.

I’m happy with the progress so far. I’ve been losing weight steadily and getting stronger, especially on my bench. The cycle has been going smoothly, and I’m feeling good about where things are heading. I’m planning to keep pushing until I hit my goal weight of 225 lbs, then I’ll reassess everything.

Thanks again for the support, and I’ll keep you posted with more updates as I go along!
