One of the biggest challenges for newcomers is understanding the lingo that experienced users often assume everyone knows. To help with that, I’ve compiled a list of essential terms and abbreviations that you’ll frequently encounter in discussions about AAS. A-bomb – Anadrol
Ace – Acetate ester
Adex – Arimidex/Anastrozole
AI – Aromatase Inhibitor
Ancillaries – Drugs used to mitigate the side effects of steroids, including AIs, anti-progestins (APs), DHT blockers, acne medications, and others like HCG
AP – Anti-Progestin
Aro – Aromasin
BA – Benzyl Alcohol
BB – Benzyl Benzoate
BF% – Body Fat Percentage
Barrel – The main body of a syringe
Blast – Term for running a steroid cycle
Bold – Equipoise (Boldenone Undecylenate)
Caber – Cabergoline
CC – Cubic Centimeter (equivalent to mL)
Cruise – A lower dose of testosterone used during periods between cycles (often higher than TRT levels)
Cyp – Cypionate ester (a form of testosterone)
DA – Dopamine Agonist (used to treat prolactin-related side effects)
