Welcome to my new training log!

Current Stats:
- Weight: 196.4 lbs (currently unsure where I'll end up — maybe around 220 lbs or so)
TRT Protocol:
- 250 mg of Testosterone Enanthate per week
Bulk Cycle:
- Starting at the end of May 2023. The initial dosages are as follows; I may increase them gradually as I progress:
- 250 mg/wk Testosterone Enanthate
- 300 mg/wk Deca-Durabolin
- 300 mg/wk Equipoise (EQ)
- 50 mg/day Turanabol (weeks 1-4)
- 3 IU HGH daily, taken pre-morning fasted cardio
- Additional Supplements:
- N2Guard (for liver support and overall health)
- Aromatase Inhibitors (AI) as needed, though I don't anticipate requiring them

Bulk Diet:
- Starting with a macro breakdown of approximately 2,500 calories per day:
- 270g carbs
- 55g fat
- 240g protein
- I will adjust calories upward as needed based on progress.

Current Training Split:
For now, I'm following a Push/Pull/Legs split, but I plan to adjust this as I ramp up intensity and calorie intake:
- Monday: Push 1
- Tuesday: Pull 1
- Wednesday: Legs
- Thursday: Push 2
- Friday: Pull 2
- Saturday: Rest
- Sunday: Rest

Cardio:
- 10-20 minutes, at least 5 days per week (mainly low-intensity, fasted cardio in the mornings)

- Food: 2,450 calories
- Carbs: 270g
- Fat: 36g
- Protein: 260g
- Meals:
- Meal 1: 1 cup egg whites, 1 slice fat-free cheese, 80g oatmeal, half a Fuji apple
- Meal 2: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup rice, green beans
- Meal 3: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup rice, green beans
- Meal 4: 4 rice cakes pre-workout
- Meal 5: 1 cup egg whites, 1 slice fat-free cheese, 80g oatmeal, half Fuji apple
- Meal 6: Protein shake

Training Session - Push 2:
- Arsenal Incline Bench: 100 lbs x 15, 150 lbs x 15, 200 lbs x 8 + 1 drop set
- Pec Deck: 140 lbs x 15, 160 lbs x 15, 180 lbs x 15, 200 lbs x 15
- Rope Tricep Extension: 50 lbs x 15, 60 lbs x 12, 70 lbs x 10, 70 lbs x 10 + 2 drop sets
- Single Arm Low to High Cable Crossover: 40 lbs x 10 each side
- Single Arm Tricep Extension: 20 lbs x 12, 25 lbs x 12, 30 lbs x 9 + 20 lbs x 15 back-off

No shoulder work today due to some soreness from Tuesday's heavy side lateral raises.
I’m curious to hear about others' experiences with bulking cycles and TRT. What protocols have worked for you?
