Hello everyone! I’m starting this log to track my recomp and cut with the goal of getting into the best shape possible before a vacation (and potentially a late spring show).
Starting Stats:
- Weight: 219lbs (down from 223lbs) – currently 217.2lbs
- Macros: 200g carbs / 60g fat / 300g protein (this will evolve as the diet progresses)
Cycle Overview (Weeks 1-12):
- Testosterone Enanthate: 250mg/week
- DHB (Dihydroboldenone): 400mg/week
- Trenbolone Enanthate: 400mg/week
- HGH (Human Growth Hormone): 2 IU daily (5 on / 2 off) – taken AM pre-fasted cardio
- Ostarine (MK-2866): 50mg/day
- Cardarine (GW-501516): 20mg/day
- T3: 80mcg/day
- Yohimbine HCL: 5mg/day
Weeks 8-12 Add-ons:
- Anavar: 50mg/day
- Winstrol: 50mg/day
Supplements & Meds:
- N2Guard daily for organ support
- Aromasin (if needed to manage estrogen)
Training:
- I’m following a Push/Pull/Legs (PPL) split, training five days a week with weekends off.
- On some weekends, I’ll add a second ham/glute-focused leg day with my wife.
- Dealing with a shoulder issue, so I’m incorporating BPC-157 and TB-500 to promote healing and working on mobility to keep lifting heavy.
Diet Phase:
- Currently in the recomp phase of my diet, focusing on muscle retention while dropping fat, until January 1st, 2024.
- After that, I’ll enter a more aggressive cutting phase to really dial in for vacation and possibly a spring bodybuilding show.
Goal:
- To maintain as much muscle mass as possible while dropping fat, aiming to get shredded for my vacation (and possibly a late spring show).
I’ll be updating regularly with progress, training logs, and any adjustments I make to the cycle or diet. I’m always open to feedback or tips from others who have gone through similar phases, so please feel free to share your experiences.
