Cycles recommendation: The Safe Way to Maximize Your Gains

Hey everyone, it’s been a while since I last posted, but I’ve noticed some unusual cycle recommendations circulating, so I thought I’d take a moment to share some tips and cycle structures for both beginners and advanced users. Hopefully, this helps clear up any confusion.

Step 1: Set Your Goal
The first thing you need to do before starting any cycle is to define your goal. Are you looking to bulk up or cut down? Once you have that sorted, your next priority should be laying out your diet. Without a solid nutrition plan, your goals are unlikely to be achieved, no matter what compounds you use. So, take your time with this step—it’s the foundation for success.

Step 2: Research is Key
Whether you’re new to anabolic steroids (AAS) or a seasoned user, research is non-negotiable. Why? Here are three main reasons:
1. To refresh your understanding of each compound.
2. To stay up-to-date with any new studies or research that might alter how compounds affect the body.
3. To review real-world cycle experiences (the good, the bad, and the ugly) from others who have used those compounds.

Step 3: Organize Your Cycle
Once you’ve set your goals, planned your diet, and researched the compounds you intend to use, it's time to structure your cycle. This should always be done in the following order:
1. Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)
2. Aromatase Inhibitor (AI) – You should also have something like Letrozole or Cabergoline on hand in case of side effects.
3. The Gear (Your Cycle)

Step 4: Hard Work and Clean Diet = Results
Remember: A clean diet and hard work are the cornerstones of any successful cycle. If your nutrition is on point and you're putting in the effort, you'll make progress no matter what compounds you're using.

Step 5: Tren – Use with Caution
Trenbolone (Tren) is a powerful compound, but it’s not for everyone. In my opinion, unless you're a competitive bodybuilder or pro, you should be able to achieve great results without using Tren. With proper diet, training, and knowledge of compounds, your goals are always within reach.

Aromatase Inhibitors (AI) Usage:
- Arimidex (Adex): Start with 0.25 mg every 3 days. If you get sore nipples, increase to 0.25 mg daily. If the soreness persists, try 0.5 mg daily.
- Aromasin: 6.25 mg daily or 12.5 mg every other day.

Sample Cycles

Beginner Cycle:
1-12 Test E @ 500 mg/week (split)
4-12 AI (research dosage and timing)
PCT (15 days after last shot):
- Clomid: 100/100/50/50
- Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20

Intermediate Cycle:
1-4 Test P @ 100 mg EOD
1-12 Test E @ 500 mg/week (split)
PCT (15 days after last shot):
- Clomid: 100/100/50/50
- Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20

Advanced Cycle (Test and EQ):
1-4 Test P @ 100 mg EOD
1-16 EQ @ 400 mg/week (can be extended to 18 weeks for best results)
1-18 Test E @ 500 mg/week (can be reduced to 16 weeks)
PCT (15 days after last shot):
- Clomid: 100/100/50/50
- Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20

Oral Steroids for Liver Protection
If you're considering adding orals to your cycle, make sure you're using liver protection supplements for at least a year beforehand.

Orals are typically used as “kick-starters” or “enders” to help jump-start or finish a cycle:
- Kickstarters (1-4 weeks):
- Dbol @ 50 mg/day
- Tbol @ 50 mg/day
- Abomb @ 50 mg/day
- Enders (Last 4-6 weeks):
- Anavar @ 50 mg/day
- Winny @ 50 mg/day
- Mast P @ 100 mg EOD

Cutting Cycle Example:
1-8 Test P @ 150 mg EOD
3-8 Anavar @ 50 mg/day (or Winny)
PCT (3 days after last shot):
- Clomid: 100/100/50/50
- Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20

Bulking Cycle Example:
1-4 Dbol @ 50 mg/day
1-4 Test P @ 100 mg EOD
1-18 Test E @ 750 mg/week
1-16 EQ @ 600 mg/week
PCT (15 days after last shot):
- Clomid: 100/100/50/50
- Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20

No matter your goal, these cycles can be adjusted based on your research and individual needs. What’s most important is that you take the time to learn, stay consistent with your training, and never cut corners with your diet.

How much of a difference in results should I expect between a cutting cycle with Test P and Anavar vs a bulking cycle with Test E and EQ? I’m trying to decide what’s best for my next cycle since I’m at a good weight right now and just want to lean out a little more. Also, if I wanted to add in a small amount of oral like Anavar, should I be cautious about liver stress?
