Introduction:
Hey! I’m starting a new log for my second cycle. This cycle will be focused on bulking, with my primary goals being to increase overall size and strength. I’m looking forward to pushing past the plateau I’ve been stuck at for a while and gaining some solid muscle mass.
A little bit about me:
- Age: 43
- Height: 5'10"
- Current Weight: 203lbs
- Estimated Body Fat: Probably around 15%, but I’m not entirely sure at the moment.
I’ve had trouble breaking the 200-205lbs barrier in my previous cycles, so I’m hoping this one helps me push through that and hit around 210-215lbs by the end of it, with as much muscle mass retained as possible.
This will be my first time running NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate) and I’ve only ever tried Dianabol (Dbol) for short 2-week trials in the past, so I’m really excited to see how this combination works for me.
Cycle Plan (12 Weeks)
- Weeks 1-12:
- NPP (GP Phenyl 100): 400mg/week (1.3mL, 3 times a week or 200mg, 2 times a week)
- Testosterone Cypionate (GP Test C250): 350mg/week (weeks 1-8)
- Testosterone Propionate (GP Test Prop 100): 200mg/week (weeks 9-12)
- Testosterone Cypionate: 100mg/week (weeks 9-12) – this will continue as part of my TRT plan post-cycle.
- Dianabol (GP Methan 10): 30mg/day (week 1), 40mg/day (weeks 2-7)
- Proviron: 50mg/day (weeks 1-12)
- Anastrozole: 0.5mg EOD (weeks 1-12)
Cycle Overview:
- I originally planned to use only short esters for this cycle, but after reviewing my stock, I decided to switch to Test Cypionate for the majority of the cycle. This allows me to reduce injection frequency and volume, as Test Cyp is a longer ester.
- I will switch to Test Propionate towards the end of the cycle, as I need to lower my numbers for my required bloodwork in about 16 weeks (I have to keep my doctor happy).
- Dianabol will be used to kickstart the cycle, with the dosage starting at 30mg/day and increasing to 40mg/day by week 2.
- I’ll be using Proviron throughout the cycle for its anti-estrogenic effects and to help with muscle hardness.
Questions / Help Request:
- NPP Pinning Frequency: I’m new to NPP, so I’m wondering if I can pin 200mg twice a week (Monday and Thursday), or do I need to pin it 3 times a week to get the best results?
- Proviron Dosage: I’ve heard some people cut the Proviron dosage in half (to around 37mg) to avoid potential sides. Should I stick to the full 50mg/day dosage, or do you think I should reduce it slightly?
- Organ Support: I’ll be using N2 Guard to help support my liver and kidneys, and I’ll be keeping an eye on blood pressure, cholesterol, and liver health throughout the cycle. Let me know if you have any recommendations on other supplements or organ support protocols that might be beneficial during a cycle like this.
I’m really looking forward to seeing how this cycle progresses, and I’ll be updating this log regularly with my training, diet, weight, blood work, and overall results.
