Domestic-Supply Bulking Log

Hey everyone, welcome to my bulking log!
I’ve been out of the game for a while due to shoulder and knee injuries. I had surgery and I’ve been in recovery mode since then. Currently, I’m using HGH, BPC-157, and TB-500 to help with the healing process. While both injuries are improving, I’m still not able to train legs with weights for another 3 months or so. My shoulder feels better, but it hasn’t fully healed. I suspect I have either a partial tear or a pinched nerve, or possibly both. But I’m tired of being sidelined, so it’s time to get back to work!

I’ve been back in the gym for 3 weeks now, and I’ve been on TRT, at 250mg of Sustanon weekly. This week, I’ve officially started my bulking cycle. The goal is to pack on as much clean mass as possible. I’m not going to dirty bulk—I just can’t handle the bloat and water retention that comes with it. The goal is to hit 225lbs at around 12-14% body fat by the end of this cycle. If I can do that, I’ll have gained 60lbs or more over the course of the year, with a 6-month layoff due to injury. So, technically, I’ve only trained for 6 months out of the past year.

Cycle Plan:
- EQ: 600mg weekly for 16 weeks (Canadian Peptides & Beligas)
- NPP: 450mg weekly for 16 weeks (Canadian Peptides & Ultima)
- SUST: 500mg weekly for 16 weeks (Canadian Peptides)
- Drol (Anadrol): 50mg daily for weeks 10-16. Depending on how I feel, I might increase it to 100mg EOD during the last 4-6 weeks, replacing Tren with Drol.
- HGH: 4iu daily (2iu AM, 2iu PM, post-workout)
- Aromasin: 12.5mg E3D
- Nolvadex: On hand, just in case

I know some of you will probably suggest running lower EQ or NPP, but I’m comfortable with my plan and I’m going all in on this bulk. I’m prepared to push my body during this cycle. Of course, I’ll be running the essentials like N2Guard, digestive enzymes, probiotics, fish oils, and all the usual vitamins and supplements.

Diet & Nutrition:

I’ll be aiming for around 4000 kcal daily, and I’d like to push closer to 5000kcal when I can, though I find it hard to get those extra calories in a clean way. I know some of you might not like all the shakes I’ll be drinking, but I’d rather get those extra calories in liquid form than not at all. My macros will look like this:
- Protein: 300-400g daily
- Fats: 125g daily
- Carbs: 500-700g daily

Current Stats:

- Weight: 198lbs (coming into this cycle, but not in great shape due to the surgeries and the layoff)
- Body Fat: Higher than usual, but I plan to improve that with the cycle.

Training:

Since I’ve only been back in the gym for 3 weeks after a long layoff, I’m not lifting at my usual strength levels yet. I’m going to be focusing on compound lifts and hypertrophy training to get the most out of this bulking phase.

Supplements:

- HGH (4iu daily)
- Multivitamins, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Zinc, etc.
- N2Guard, digestive enzymes, fish oil, and probiotics

I’ll continue to update this log regularly and keep you all posted on my progress. I know it’ll take a little time to get back into peak shape, but I’m confident that with this cycle. I’ll be able to smash my goals.

Thanks for following along, and feel free to drop any advice, suggestions, or share your experiences with similar cycles. Let’s make this log a success!

Hey everyone, welcome back to my bulking log!

It’s been a while since my last update, but things are really starting to pick up steam now that I’m a few weeks into the cycle. My body’s adjusting well to the increased workload, and I’m starting to see some noticeable gains.

Progress So Far:
Weight: 205lbs (up 7lbs since the start of the cycle)
Body Fat: Still a bit higher than I’d like, but it's manageable and I’m seeing more muscle density as the days go by. I can tell the mass is coming on, and I’m leaning out a bit too as I increase the intensity of my workouts.

I’ve had to adjust my training to accommodate the shoulder and knee recovery. My shoulder feels more stable, but I’m still avoiding heavy overhead pressing and any movements that put too much strain on the joint. I’m slowly easing back into it, focusing on controlled reps and lighter weights with a higher volume. Legs are still out for now, but I’ve been able to do some intense upper-body sessions and core work that’s really been helping.

Cycle Update:
Everything’s going according to plan with the cycle. The EQ, NPP, and Sustanon are all hitting well, and I’m feeling a solid boost in strength. I can definitely feel the EQ helping with vascularity and endurance, and the NPP is giving me the smooth, steady size I was hoping for. No issues with water retention so far, and I’ve been careful to keep my aromasin dosing dialed in. I’ll start the Anadrol (Drol) in a week or so to really kick things into high gear. I’m thinking about ramping it up to 100mg every other day toward the end of the cycle to push through the final stretch.

Diet Adjustments:
I’ve had to make a few tweaks to my diet since the start of the cycle. The hunger’s been off the charts, which is great for bulking, but it’s tough to keep the calories clean while eating that much. I’m managing to hit about 4500-4800 kcal daily now and the shakes are definitely coming in clutch. Protein’s sitting closer to 350g a day, and carbs are pushing 600g most days. I’ve swapped in more whole foods like oats, rice, and lean meats to keep things balanced, but I’ll be honest, I’m not shy about adding a few extra protein bars and shakes when I need to hit the mark.

Training Update:
Training has been my focus, and I’ve been progressively increasing the volume and intensity. I’ve dropped the super heavy weights for now and am focusing on mid-range loads with high reps for hypertrophy. My shoulder has been holding up well with this strategy. Here’s what I’ve been doing:

Upper Body Days: A lot of back and chest work, with an emphasis on pull-ups, dumbbell presses, rows, and incline presses. I’ve also been hitting shoulders with lighter weight, focusing on lateral raises, machine work, and some rotator cuff exercises to keep the joint stable.

Leg Days: Not yet, but I've been doing light bodyweight exercises like lunges and squats to keep the blood flow in my legs while I wait for the green light from the doc.

Plans Going Forward:

1. I’m planning to start adding in more leg work in the next month or so, focusing on recovery and light loads, to avoid any setbacks. Once I get the all-clear from the doc, I’ll be diving back into squats and deadlifts with full intensity.
2.I’m going to continue ramping up the Anadrol in a few weeks as I get deeper into the bulk to help with strength gains and extra size. My plan is to keep pushing for 225lbs as a target weight and see if I can hit around 12-14% body fat at that weight. That’s going to be the big challenge, but with the way things are going, I’m optimistic.
3.I’ll continue monitoring my blood work closely and adjusting things as needed. I’m sticking to my supplements, including N2Guard, digestive enzymes, and fish oils, to keep everything in check during the cycle.

As always, I’ll keep updating this log and let you guys know how things are progressing. Thanks again for the support, and keep the feedback and questions coming!

Let’s get this bulk rolling! 💪

Hey everyone, welcome back for another update!

It’s been a few weeks since my last log, and things have been progressing smoothly. I've hit some new PRs in the gym, my body is continuing to adjust to the cycle, and the gains are starting to show more clearly. I'm feeling more solid, and the recovery has been good despite some setbacks with the knees and shoulders earlier on. Let’s dive into the details:

Progress So Far:
  • Weight: 211lbs (up another 6lbs since my last update, so a total of 13lbs since the start of the cycle).
  • Body Fat: Still staying around the same range—hovering between 14-15%, so it’s creeping up, but not too bad considering the mass I'm adding. My focus is on keeping my midsection as tight as possible while continuing to gain size, so I’m starting to monitor my carb intake a bit more closely, especially around non-training days. The muscle density is definitely more visible, and I’m seeing some noticeable changes in my arms and back.
Cycle Update:
The cycle is still going according to plan.
  • EQ: I’m really feeling the endurance benefits of the EQ. My stamina has been through the roof, and I’m able to push harder in every session.
  • NPP: The steady size is still coming on, and I’m not seeing any signs of water retention, so the aromasin dosage is still on point. The NPP is giving me that smooth, lean growth I’m after.
  • Sustanon: No issues, and I’m definitely noticing the strength gains as expected. My lifts are up across the board, especially in compound movements.
  • Anadrol (Drol): I just started Anadrol this past week, and wow—it’s definitely kicking in. The first few days were rough in terms of appetite, but now it’s the opposite. I’m feeling hungrier than ever. I’ve bumped it up to 50mg every other day for now, and the strength is already noticeable. I’ll ramp up to 100mg every other day as planned for the next few weeks. I’m trying to be careful with the dosage and keep an eye on any signs of excess bloat or side effects.

Diet Adjustments:
Diet is still a struggle at times, especially with the insane hunger from Anadrol. I’m currently hitting 5000 kcal a day, with protein at 375g, and carbs at 650g daily. I’m really prioritizing whole foods, like sweet potatoes, lean beef, chicken, and a variety of vegetables, to keep the calories clean, but shakes and bars have been my lifesaver to hit those numbers. My post-workout shakes are where I load up on the extra protein and carbs, which helps recover faster and continue to push the muscle growth.

Training Update:
Training is feeling solid. The volume is high, and I’m definitely seeing improvements. I’ve been able to push my chest and back days a bit more now, and the strength on presses and pull-ups is noticeably higher.

  • Upper Body Days: I’ve been hitting higher volume with supersets and drop sets to really push muscle fatigue. The pumps have been unreal, especially on chest and back days. I’ve also started incorporating more rear delt work to balance out my shoulders and avoid any imbalances.
  • Leg Days: Still no heavy leg work, but I’ve been doing a lot of single-leg work and bodyweight exercises like Bulgarian split squats and lunges. Blood flow is good, and I can feel my legs getting a bit of growth despite the light work. Once I get the green light from the doc, I’ll start incorporating light squats and deadlifts again.

Plans Going Forward:

  1. Legs: I’ll be easing back into full leg training over the next couple of weeks. Once I get clearance, I’ll start light squats and deadlifts, then ramp up intensity. My goal is to be hitting heavy leg days in 4-6 weeks.
  2. Anadrol: I’ll continue with the Anadrol increase and see how my body responds. If all goes well, I’ll push to the 100mg every other day range and focus on hitting 225lbs with minimal fat gain.
  3. Blood Work and Supplementation: I’ve had my blood work done recently, and everything looks good so far. No signs of liver stress or any issues with cholesterol. I’ll continue with my supplements, including N2Guard, to support liver function, and I’m also incorporating zinc and magnesium at night for better sleep and recovery.
Final Thoughts:
So far, so good. I’m definitely seeing improvements in strength, size, and muscle density. I’m getting closer to my goal of 225lbs, and I’m confident that if I stay on track, I can push that target without adding too much fat. The mental focus is sharp, and I'm loving the results so far.
Thanks for all the support and the questions! Keep ‘em coming, and I’ll keep updating this log. Let’s crush this bulk!

Stay strong! 💪
