You’ve got a sharp head on your shoulders, bro. Not just chasing numbers, but thinking long-term. I respect that. Just don’t get sucked into the dirty bulk trap — stay lean and keep building. Summer’s gonna be your time.

Yeah, I’m not trying to play games with heart health. That’s one area where too many people turn a blind eye until it’s too late. I’m scheduling an echo next month and tracking resting HR + BP regularly. So far, numbers are clean. Appreciate the solid info — especially around concentric vs eccentric cardiac adaptation. You did the right thing not brushing off the heart health concerns. Eccentric hypertrophy from cardio is usually fine (even healthy), but mixing that with SARMs and possible BP elevation can get messy. An echo will give you clarity. Props for staying proactive.
Good call — I’ve been adding more rows and dips into the rotation. Flat DB press is climbing back up too. Just started doing weighted pull-ups again, and I feel like upper back thickness is already helping stabilize the bench. Appreciate the reminder.Bench is still solid after a long cut. 185x5 at sub-200 is a good place to rebound from. You’ll be back at 200+ easy with more carbs and volume. Don’t forget to hammer back and tris — they’ll carry your press up faster than just pressing more.
Honestly, libido stayed solid the whole time. Enclo definitely helped — even at lower doses, I didn’t notice any suppression symptoms. Only time I felt “off” was toward the end of YK-11, but I think that was more joint fatigue than anything hormonal. Bloods in a few weeks should confirm.Bro, I did almost the exact same stack earlier this year and my libido tanked halfway through. Did you feel anything weird like that or did Enclo keep things level?
Thanks, man. I’ve definitely had to fight the urge to chase scale weight again, but keeping my head clear. Slow, clean, and consistent — that’s the new motto. I’d rather look like I lift year-round than bulk fast and feel soft half the time. You’ve got a sharp head on your shoulders, bro. Not just chasing numbers, but thinking long-term. I respect that.
