Experience with HGH Dosing and Muscle Gains – Seeking Insights

Hi everyone,
As the title suggests, I’m curious to know what the highest doses of HGH you've used and for how long, especially in conjunction with anabolic steroids (but without insulin). I'm hoping this turns into an informative discussion rather than a debate.
Personally, I've been using around 4-5 IU of HGH before bedtime with solid results, but I'm considering adding another 5 IU in the morning to see if it yields further benefits. I want to make sure I'm not wasting the additional dosage, so I’d appreciate any feedback or personal experiences regarding dosing strategies and results.
Has anyone seen significant muscle mass increases with HGH in these doses, particularly when stacked with other compounds? Any advice or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated.

I've been on 6 IU for a few months now, stacking with test and deca. Noticed better recovery and fuller muscles 💪. Definitely works but gotta watch sides!

Appreciate you sharing — 6 IU with test and deca sounds solid. Did you notice any water retention or hand numbness at that dose over time? I’m tempted to try a similar stack next, but I want to make sure I’m not overdoing it.
 
7 IU daily with deca. More vascular, less fat, no huge size gains
Interesting — similar feedback to what I’m seeing at 4–5 IU. Leaner look and better vascularity, but not huge size increases. Makes me wonder if HGH is more about refining than building, unless you go really high or add insulin (which I’m not planning to).
 
8 IU for a bit with tren and test. Great pumps, some joint pain!
Good to know — pumps and joint pain seem to be a common tradeoff once people cross the 6–8 IU threshold. Are you spacing your doses, or all in one go? And was the joint pain manageable, or did it mess with your training?
 
5 IU AM & PM, no major muscle gains but tighter skin and quick recovery 😊
That’s exactly what I’ve been experiencing too. The skin tightening and faster recovery are great, but I’m still chasing that next level of lean mass. Might try gradually increasing the AM dose next week and see if that makes a difference.
