First Bulk Cycle Log - Test E + Primo E Cycle (12 Weeks)

Looking good, man! But I noticed you mentioned some fatigue 2-3 days after injections. I had the same issue and found that splitting the dose into smaller daily injections helped a lot with reducing the post-injection fatigue. Have you tried that method?
Thanks for the tip! I haven’t tried splitting the doses yet, but I’ve read about it. I’ll definitely consider it if the fatigue continues. Right now, I’m still injecting every 3.5 days, but I’ll experiment with more frequent smaller doses and see if it makes a difference. Appreciate the advice!

Solid progress! You mentioned a little fatigue with PCT; I know it’s early, but have you considered adding HCG during the cycle or near the end to preserve your natural test production? I found it really helped with recovery after my last cycle.
Good point! I haven’t included HCG this time around, but I’ve heard it can really help during PCT to prevent test shutdown. I’m planning on using Clomid for PCT, but I’ll definitely keep HCG in mind if I feel my natural test production hasn’t recovered well. Thanks for the tip!

The acne on your shoulders and back is something I experienced during my first few cycles. I found that taking **Zinc** and **NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)** helped a lot to keep the breakouts under control. Have you tried that yet?
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve been using benzoyl peroxide 5%, and it’s been okay, but I’ve heard zinc and NAC can really help with acne. I’ll start incorporating them into my regimen and see if it helps. I’m all about experimenting with different solutions to keep the skin clear!

You’re definitely making great progress! Regarding the question on **hematocrit**: It’s normal for it to increase on cycle due to higher red blood cell production, but if it gets too high, it can lead to thicker blood and increase cardiovascular strain. Have you considered donating blood during the cycle to help lower it?
Thanks for the advice! I haven’t considered donating blood yet, but I’m definitely open to it if my hematocrit levels rise too much. I’ll keep an eye on it and see if the doctor recommends it. It’s good to know that donating blood can help keep things in check. I’ll monitor closely and take precautions if needed.

Great log, man! You’re killing it! Just curious, you mentioned possibly doing a **cut** after the cycle. How do you plan on transitioning from a bulk to a cut without losing too much muscle?
Thanks! For the cut, I’m planning to gradually lower calories while maintaining higher protein intake (around 2.2g/kg body weight). I’ll also keep strength training heavy while increasing cardio. The key will be to lose fat slowly, aiming for around 0.5-1% body fat loss per month. I'll monitor my weight and strength closely to make sure I’m retaining muscle as much as possible. The goal is a slow, sustainable cut to maintain muscle while shedding fat.

It looks like you're doing everything right! I’m curious though, how do you handle the **mental aspect** of running cycles? Do you ever feel any **mood swings or anxiety** from higher testosterone levels?
Great question. I’ve definitely noticed a bit more irritability during the first few weeks, especially as I adjusted to the higher test levels. It wasn’t anything too extreme, but I made sure to control it with good sleep, meditation, and keeping a healthy routine. I think being aware of it helps manage any mental side effects. I haven’t experienced anxiety, but I’m definitely mindful of any mood shifts and adjusting as needed.
