If I had to choose just 3 foods, mine would be beef, salmon, and sweet potatoes.
Beef – I’d have steaks, ground beef, and also make bone broth for added nutrients (protein, iron, healthy fats, and vitamins like B12).Salmon – Packed with protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins A and D. Plus, the healthy fats would help with overall health.Sweet Potatoes – Rich in carbohydrates, fiber, and a great source of vitamins like A and C (plus they’re low GI for steady energy).
