Hey everyone, I'm kicking off a new chapter in my training, and I wanted to share my lean bulking cycle details.
Here's a breakdown of what's coming up:
After 25 days of waiting for gear, I finally expect to receive everything this weekend, so the cycle will officially start on Monday, — assuming everything goes smoothly.
Current Stats:
- Age: 24
- Height: 6'0"
- Weight: 83kg (183 lbs)
- Body Fat: 15%
Cycle Overview:
- Pin Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Test E:
- 300mg/week (Weeks 1–6)
- 400mg/week (Weeks 7–12)
- Anavar: 25mg/day (Weeks 7–12)
- AI (Aromatase Inhibitor): 10mg per pin day
Goal:
- Target weight: 100kg+ (220–230 lbs) while maintaining or even lowering body fat.
Training Approach:
I’m focusing on hypertrophy with a training style that prioritizes muscle growth. The rep range will be 8-10 reps for compound lifts, with 4 sets: 3 working sets and 1 pump set (20+ reps). The focus will be on controlling the eccentric phase of each movement to maximize muscle engagement. I’m also drawing inspiration from Nick Walker’s training techniques, incorporating supersets, drop sets, and pause reps to increase time under tension and enhance nutrient delivery to the muscles.
Weekly Training Split:
- Push Day: Chest, Front Delts, Triceps
- Pull Day: Back, Biceps, Rear Delts
- Arm + Abs Day
- Leg Days: Quads and Hamstrings (multiple times per week)
- Side Delts: Every other day
- Cardio: 120 minutes per week
Diet:
- Carbs: 300g
- Protein: 250g
- Fats: 100g
*Note: Macronutrient breakdown will adjust depending on whether it’s a rest or training day.*

- Telmisartan 40mg (only if BP > 140)
- Fish oil
- Milk thistle
- Artichoke
- Dandelion
