Bloods holding up is impressive with all that running through your system. Did you ever get prolactin sides from Deca/Tren combo? I always end up needing Caber by week 5. Also — how often you pin Test W?

I hear you. I’ve done minimalist cycles too and made great progress. This one’s more of a deep-dive experiment — pushing the envelope with everything dialed in (labs, food, cardio, recovery). But long-term, yeah, less gear with smarter setup is where it’s at.

Haha yeah I know it sounds wild but upper arms just don’t pop on me like my chest or legs do. Rear delts too — I ignored them early on and it shows. Getting better now with higher frequency and focused work. Better late than never.

I did get some anxiety from EQ back when I ran it higher (like 1g+/week). This time it’s mellow — 450mg is a sweet spot for me. If you’re prone to mental sides, I’d keep it under 600 and split pins to avoid spikes.
