Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the forum for a while now, and I’ve finally decided to pull the trigger on my first cycle. I wanted to share my plan with you all and get some feedback as I step into this new phase of my fitness journey.
A Bit About Me:
- Age: 44
- Height: 5’10”
- Weight: 220 lbs
- Body Fat: Around 15%
- Background: Former military, in decent shape but have had an inconsistent training routine over the past 3-4 years. Recently, I’ve been more focused and committed to working out regularly.
I’ve been on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) for the last 4 months, with a dose of 250 mg/week. Since starting TRT, I’ve noticed a significant increase in motivation and have gained about 10 lbs of muscle, so now I’m ready to take it to the next level. I’m looking to add a bit more mass and strength, so I’ve decided to add Deca and a mild Dbol kickstart to my cycle.
My Cycle Plan:
- Week 1-4:
- Continue TRT dose of 250 mg/week Test
- 300 mg/week Deca
- 25 mg/day Dbol (as a kickstart)
- Week 5-10:
- Increase to 400 mg/week Test
- Maintain 300 mg/week Deca
- Week 11-12:
- 400 mg/week Test (cruise)
On-Cycle Support:
- AI (Aromatase Inhibitor): I’ll have this on hand in case of any estrogenic side effects, though I’m planning to monitor closely for signs of water retention or gynecomastia.
- Milk Thistle: Currently using this for liver support during the cycle.
Questions & Additional Considerations:
- On-Cycle Support: Are there any other supplements or compounds I should consider adding for better support during the cycle (e.g., joint support, heart health, blood pressure management)?
- Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT): Since I plan to keep my TRT dose of 250 mg/week after the cycle, should I still do any additional PCT to help my natural production recover, or is the TRT dose sufficient to maintain hormonal balance?
I’m also open to suggestions on how to optimize my cycle for muscle gain and overall health. This is my first cycle, so I want to be as cautious and informed as possible.
Thanks in advance for the feedback, and I’m excited to keep you all updated on my progress!
