Hello, everyone!

I’m relatively new to this thread and wanted to share my journey with a Primobolan and Testosterone TRT cycle. I’ve been weight training on and off for quite a few years, and at my best, I was around 13% body fat at 176 lbs in my early 20s. Since then, my training has had its ups and downs, and I’ve had some setbacks along the way.

Background:
- Injury History: In February 2023, I tore my ACL, MCL, LCL, and meniscus in my left knee, which caused a significant setback in both training and weight management. I gained around 20 lbs post-injury, and my recovery surgery in July 2022 kept me out of training for a while. Since then, I’ve been getting back into the swing of things, though I’m still dealing with some lingering effects of the injury.
- Gyno History: I’ve had gyno since my teenage years, but it seems to get less noticeable as I lower my body fat percentage.

Currently, I’m on 200 mg/week of Testosterone Cypionate through my TRT clinic, and I’m preparing for a 12-week Primobolan cycle (300–400 mg/week) with 250–300 mg/week of Test Cyp, aiming to lean out and make some solid progress.

Previous Cycle:
- 8-week Anavar cycle with 200 mg Test Cyp/week. It was effective for strength and endurance but didn’t have the muscle-building effect I was hoping for.
- MK677: I tried MK677, but it caused a lot of water retention, and I gained 10 lbs that didn’t feel like muscle. I decided to stop it for now.

Current Supplementation:
I keep my supplement routine fairly straightforward:
- Creatine: 5 g/day
- Pre-workout: Only on lifting days
- B-Complex (Kirkland brand)
- Vitamin C: 2,000 mg/day
- Vitamin D: 10,000 IU/day
- Vitamin E: 400 IU/day
- Vitamin K2: 100 mg/day
- DIM: 200 mg/day
- Zinc: 50 mg/day
- Magnesium Biglycinate: 200 mg/day
- Iron: 28 mg/day (recommended by my doctor due to low ferritin levels from a recent blood test)
- Fish Oil: Daily
- Berberine: 500 mg/day (for blood pressure, which is around 138/78)
- Ashwagandha: 1/8 to 1/4 tsp/day (for stress support)
- Veggie Greens Supplement: Daily

Diet:
I try to keep things simple and straightforward:
- Fasting: I usually fast 16–18 hours on Saturdays.
- Meals: I eat 3 times a day, focusing on 30–40 grams of protein per meal, from sources like chicken, turkey, beef, and cottage cheese. I supplement with protein shakes as needed. I aim to include a small amount of carbs and veggies in each meal, along with a few servings of fruit.

I plan to update this log regularly to track my progress and document how my body responds to the cycle. I’m particularly interested in seeing how the combination of Primobolan and Test Cyp helps with fat loss while maintaining muscle mass.

Goals:
- Lean out and reduce my body fat percentage.
- Maintain muscle mass during the cycle, aiming for a more defined physique.
- Push past the plateau I’ve been at due to my knee injury and get stronger again.

Questions & Requests for Advice:
- Has anyone had any experience with Primobolan in combination with Test Cyp for fat loss? Any tips or advice on how I can make the most of this stack?
- I’d love to hear from anyone who has used MK677—what was your experience with the water retention, and did you find it to be worth it in the long run?

Thanks for reading! I’m excited to share my progress and learn from everyone’s experiences here.

Damn, that injury sounds rough. But you’re on the right track with Primobolan and Test Cyp—solid combo for leaning out. 💪

Hey everyone, just wanted to check in with a quick update!
I’ve been on my Primobolan and Test Cyp cycle for about a week now, and so far, things are going smoothly. I haven’t noticed any drastic changes yet, but I’m feeling a bit leaner already, and the strength in my lifts seems to be improving. I’m not pushing heavy weights just yet due to my knee recovery, but I can tell my endurance has gotten a little better.

Current Status:

  • Weight: 227 lbs (same as last update, which is good considering I’m aiming to lean out)
  • Body Fat: I feel like my waistline is tightening up, so hopefully, body fat is starting to decrease.
  • Energy: I’m feeling pretty good overall. Energy levels are stable, and recovery between workouts is better than I expected. The Primobolan seems to be giving me a nice boost without any crazy side effects.

Training Update:
  • I’m still sticking to a 3-4 day/week schedule, focusing mainly on upper body and light leg work. I’ve been adding some more intensity to my sessions, but nothing too crazy yet—keeping it safe with my knee.
  • I’ve been able to do some bodyweight leg exercises like lunges and step-ups to help maintain muscle mass in my legs while still giving my knee a break. Upper body is progressing slowly but surely.

Diet Update:
  • Calories: I’ve been sticking around 2,300–2,400 kcal/day, aiming for a slight deficit for fat loss but making sure to get enough protein to maintain muscle.
  • Macros: Protein intake is solid at 150–180g/day, carbs around 150g, and fats are around 70–80g.
  • I’ve been sticking to the basics, focusing on whole foods (chicken, beef, veggies, some rice and sweet potatoes). No crazy changes yet, but I'm considering adding more leafy greens and fruits to boost micronutrient intake.
Supplementation:
  • All my regular supplements are still in rotation, and I’ve started adding a bit more magnesium and zinc as per the recommendations from my doctor. I also feel like the Ashwagandha is helping with stress and recovery, especially since work has been hectic.

Goals:
  • My main goal right now is to lean out and reduce my body fat while holding onto muscle, especially in the upper body.
  • I’m also working on improving my strength, specifically in my chest and shoulders, and getting back to a higher training volume once I feel more comfortable with my knee.
Questions for You Guys:

  • Has anyone experienced any major changes in muscle hardness or vascularity while on Primobolan? Curious if I should expect that as the cycle goes on.
  • For anyone who’s used MK677, did the water retention settle after a while, or was it just too much to deal with long term?

Thanks again for following along, and I’d love to hear about any similar experiences!

  • Yes, Primobolan tends to help with muscle hardness and vascularity, especially as the cycle progresses. It’s known for its mild anabolic properties, which can help retain lean mass while also promoting fat loss. As you continue, you may notice your muscles looking denser and more defined, especially if you're in a slight deficit. Vascularity can also improve due to its ability to reduce water retention, which makes veins more visible. However, the effects are subtle compared to something like Trenbolone, but they’re definitely noticeable if you're keeping your diet and training on point.
  • I’ve had experience with MK677, and honestly, the water retention was a big issue for me as well. It’s known for causing significant water retention, especially in the first few weeks. Some people report that it settles down after the initial period, but in my case, I wasn’t a fan of how bloated I felt. It did help with appetite and sleep, but the added water weight wasn’t worth it for me. If you're looking for something to aid in fat loss and lean mass retention, there are other compounds like GH peptides or even SARMs that might give you similar benefits without the bloating. If you’re already prone to water retention, MK677 might be a bit much. Just something to consider!

Long-term MK677 use can impact insulin sensitivity and potentially alter your metabolic functions, so I always recommend regular monitoring through blood work to ensure there are no underlying issues. If you’re seeing issues with water retention, it may also help to adjust your diet—keeping sodium intake moderate, maintaining adequate hydration, and managing carb intake to avoid exacerbating the problem.
