Hey fam,
After finishing up my previous log about 4-5 weeks ago (Test E 300mg/week for 12 weeks + Anavar for 6 weeks) with zero sides and great progress, I'm kicking off a new cycle. This time, I'll be running Testosterone Enanthate, Deca Durabolin, and Proviron for a 12-week cycle. Depending on how things go, I might extend it to 16 weeks, but I’m taking a cautious approach.

Stats:
- Age: 42
- Height: 6’3” (190cm)
- Weight: 92kg (Last cycle, my weight didn’t change much, but I lost body fat, got stronger, and my shirt sleeves definitely got tighter.)
- Body Composition: Not a mass monster—more of a tall, lean guy. I’m hoping to add a couple of kilos and maybe put on some size across the chest and shoulders.
- Body Fat: I’m not sure of the exact percentage, but I’d guess around 18%.

Cycle Breakdown:
- Duration: 12 weeks (with potential extension to 16 weeks if progress is good and I’m feeling fine)
- Doses:
- Testosterone Enanthate: 500mg/week (split into two doses, Monday and Thursday)
- Deca Durabolin: 200mg/week (split into two doses, Monday and Thursday)
- Proviron: 25mg/day (I know some might suggest this is a low dose, but I’m starting cautiously.)
- I also have Aromasin on hand in case I need to control estrogen, but I’m hoping I won’t need it with such moderate doses.

Diet:
I’m focusing on a solid diet to support my goals, with a slight calorie surplus to aid muscle gain while keeping fat in check. Here’s a rough outline of my eating habits:
- Breakfast: Eggs and mushrooms on toast (I’m cutting out the toast soon for fewer carbs) + Coffee
- Morning Snack: Protein yoghurt
- Lunch: Meat (usually chicken or beef) + rice + veggies
- Afternoon Snack: Protein shake with yoghurt and oats
- Dinner: Whatever the family is eating (usually clean, meat + veg, and I'll reduce pasta intake this cycle).
I’m aiming for around 200g of protein per day, but I’m not tracking carbs or fats strictly right now. I will tweak it as I go along based on how my body responds, especially since getting in extra food can be tricky with my work schedule.

Training:
I train about 4-5 days a week, following a bro split. Here's how my training looks:

- Day 1: Chest & Biceps
- Day 2: Back & Triceps (Pull-ups are a current focus—up to 16 straight, aiming for 20)
- Day 3: Shoulders & Legs
- Day 4: Rest or active recovery (like walking or cycling)
- Day 5: Repeat (adjust as necessary depending on recovery).
I’m also very active outside the gym due to my work, which helps me hit my step goals. I usually do cardio through walking with the dogs and cycling, but I’m really looking forward to warmer weather to get more cycling in.

Injuries/Challenges:
- Right Elbow Flexor Tendinitis: This comes and goes, so I have to be careful with heavy DB curls.
- Lower Back Bulging Disc: This has affected my ability to deadlift.
- Torn PCL (Right Knee): This limits heavy squats and hamstring curls. Cycling is great for my legs without aggravating my knee.
Despite these injuries, I still make progress with a modified approach to training, especially focusing on movements that don’t cause pain.

Supplements:
- General Men’s Multivitamin
- BCAA Drink with Taurine (for recovery)
- Vitamin C (1000mg)
- Vitamin D (2000 IU)
- TUDCA & Milk Thistle (liver support)
- Magnesium Drink (although I tend to slack on this sometimes)
I also use Proviron, Aromasin, and NAC when needed. I’ve found these supplements really help with overall health, and I’ll keep up with them throughout the cycle.

Goals:
After seeing good results from my last cycle (leaning out and increasing strength), my main goals for this cycle are:
- Add lean mass, especially across my chest and shoulders.
- Increase strength while continuing to lean out a bit (although I expect some fat gain from the calorie surplus).
- Put on a few extra kilos: As I’ve found it hard to gain mass in the past, I’m hoping the Deca will help.

I also want to see how I can improve my overall physique. It’s a slow process for me, but I’m enjoying the journey.
I’ll continue updating with more details on my workouts, diet, and any changes as I progress through the cycle. I'm especially interested in hearing how others have found Test E + Deca + Proviron cycles, and any advice on managing side effects and injury prevention during a cutting/bulking phase.

Looking forward to any feedback and suggestions! Cheers! ✌️
