Hello everybody,

I’m back to start a TRT log as I continue my fitness journey. After running a cycle log previously, I found that it was incredibly helpful to track my progress, receive advice, and stay accountable to myself. The experience was rewarding, and I’m hoping this log will serve the same purpose as I move forward with my Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).

Background
I’ve been on TRT for about two years now, gradually adjusting my dosage to find what works best for me. My most recent bloodwork results, done at the end of my last cycle, showed numbers that were “as expected for someone running PEDs.” While this is a positive sign for my past cycle, my primary focus now is to use the next 4 months to get my numbers back into a more optimal and healthy range.

I’ve found the to be incredibly supportive and welcoming. Your advice and encouragement have been instrumental in my progress so far, and I’m excited to continue learning from you all as I move forward.

Current TRT Plan
For this phase, I’m sticking to a relatively simple TRT regimen. Here’s what I’ll be using:

- Testosterone Cypionate: 100mg/week
- Anastrozole: 0.5mg to 1mg per week (used as needed to manage estrogen levels)
I will be monitoring my bloodwork regularly to ensure my estrogen stays in check and my testosterone levels remain within a healthy range. My primary goal during this period is to stabilize my hormones and make sure I’m in the best position to continue training and progressing.

Training Plan
I will continue to train 5 days a week, following a Push/Pull/Legs split. Although my schedule is often impacted by work and life responsibilities, I’m committed to pushing myself in the gym. Despite being on TRT, I plan to keep challenging myself with new goals—whether that’s increasing strength, improving conditioning, or learning new training techniques.
Goals During TRT
While on TRT, my immediate goals are:

- Get hormone levels back within optimal ranges through regular monitoring and adjustments.
- Maintain strength and muscle mass during this period of recovery and stabilization.
- Push for progression—I’m always aiming to improve, whether it’s in the gym or with my knowledge of training, recovery, and supplementation.
- Learn from the community—I’ve gained so much from the advice here, and I hope this log helps me continue learning while sharing my experiences.
Thank you again to the community for your support, motivation, and advice. It’s truly appreciated! I look forward to continuing this journey with all of you and I hope to share progress, setbacks, and insights along the way.

If anyone here has experience with long-term TRT or has advice on getting hormone levels dialed in, I would love to hear about your journey and any tips you might have. Let’s share our knowledge and help each other achieve our goals!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to check in and give a quick update! Things have been going well since starting my TRT regimen. I’ve been focusing on getting my hormone levels stable, and it’s been a process, but I’m feeling good overall. My energy levels are steady, and I’m noticing improvements in my recovery time from workouts.
I’m still dialing in the perfect dose of Anastrozole to keep estrogen in check, but overall, I feel like I’m on the right track. My strength has stayed pretty solid, and I’m definitely still pushing hard in the gym despite the busy schedule.Looking forward to continuing to track my progress here and hearing from others who’ve gone through similar experiences!

Let’s keep it up!
