Hey everyone,
This log will detail my offseason growth period leading into contest prep later this year. The goal is to pack on as much muscle as possible while staying lean.
For the training, I’ll be following John Meadows’ Reactive Pump Program for the next 7 weeks. I’ve had good results with his style of training, so I’ll either repeat this program or switch to another Meadows program after that.
Starting Stats:
- Weight: 204.5 lbs
- Goal: Size gain with minimal fat gain
- Training: 7-week cycle of Reactive Pump, then potentially switching programs
Starting Macros (per day):
- Protein: 250g
- Carbs: 250g
- Fats: 35g
Diet:
I’ll be sticking with the same diet plan, so here’s a sample of a typical day’s meals:
- Meal 1:
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 slice non-fat cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices Ezekiel toast
- Meal 2:
- 5 oz chicken breast
- 150g rice
- Meal 3:
- 5 oz chicken breast
- 150g rice
- Meal 4 (Post-workout):
- Post-workout shake with 9g glutamine
- Meal 5:
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 slice non-fat cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices Ezekiel toast
- Meal 6:
- 1.5 cups mixed frozen berries
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 30g oatmeal
Cycle Overview:
- Testosterone Enanthate (Test E): 1,000mg/week
- Deca Durabolin: 600mg/week
- IGF1-LR3: 100mcg daily, 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Human Growth Hormone (HGH): 4iu daily, post-workout
Additional Gear (Weeks 7-10 & 13-16):
- Anadrol: 40mg daily
- IGF1-DES: 40mcg daily, post-workout
Anti-Estrogen and Support:
- Aromasin: 12.5mg daily
- Proviron: 50mg daily
Other Supplements & Medications:
- Fish Oil: 12g daily
- Fiber: 15g daily, on top of food fiber
- Cialis: 5mg daily
- Amlodipine/Benazepril: 10mg/20mg daily
- N2Guard: 7 caps daily (10 caps during Anadrol weeks)
- Citrus Bergamot: 1,000mg daily
- Greens supplement: daily
- Glutamine: 15g post-workout
- L-Carnitine: 2,000mg pre-workout
- Celtic Sea Salt: ½ tsp pre-workout
Goals & Updates:
- To gain lean muscle without excessive fat.
- Increase strength and size gradually, focusing on compound movements for strength and isolation movements for hypertrophy.
- Maintain good health markers and minimize side effects from compounds.
