Hello everyone!
It’s that time again! I’m kicking off another log for my upcoming cycle, and while I’m not starting the injections right away, I wanted to share my plan for this cycle, starting with the diet and compound protocol that I’ll be following. This log will be focused on cutting, with the ultimate goal of stepping on stage in 1 to 2 years.
Over the next 16 weeks, I will be adjusting my diet significantly, including carb cycling, fasting, and experimenting with a few new strategies. I’ve learned a lot from my past cycles, and I believe this approach will work well for me.
Cycle Goals:
- Cutting: The goal for this cycle is to shed body fat while maintaining muscle mass. If the results are good after 16 weeks, I plan to transition into a recomp phase shortly afterward.
- Long-term goal: Step on stage within 1-2 years from now (by 2026 at the latest).
Current Stats:
- Height: 5’11”
- Weight: ~220 lbs
- Body Fat: 14-15% (This will fluctuate depending on water retention)
- TRT Dose: 140mg Test Cypionate per week since October 2023.
I’m also getting blood work done on February 6th, and I had a full CBC panel done recently. Everything looks great except for my magnesium levels being slightly on the low end. I’m addressing this now, and I’m recovering well from my last cycle.
Note: My legs still need work! Honestly, I’m still working to improve them, but I’ll point out weak spots throughout this log. No hiding weaknesses here.
Diet Plan:
I’m excited to try a new approach with my diet for this cycle, particularly with carb cycling. Here’s the breakdown:
- Total Calories: 2064 kcal/day
- Protein: 250-300g per day (6 days a week)
- Carbs:
- 4 days with moderate carb intake (~140g)
- 2 days with low carbs (~50g or less)
- 1 water fast day per week (no food)
Foods:
- Proteins: Lean ground beef, ground turkey, chicken breast, occasional steak
- Carbs: Brown rice, sweet potatoes, green veggies (broccoli, brussels sprouts, green beans), blueberries, banana
- Fats: Almond butter, eggs, egg whites
- Cheat Meal: Chicken wings (homemade)
This diet will be adjusted as needed throughout the cycle, especially the carbs, based on my progress.

.My total weekly compound intake will be 1070mg.
- Test E: 300mg/week
- Primo: 400mg/week
- Tbol: 10mg/day (first 6 weeks)
- EQ: 300mg/week
- Aromasin: 6.25mg M/W/F (total of 18.75mg/week)
- Supplements:
- N2Guard
- Fish oil
- Electrolyte powder daily
I’m starting with a low dose of Tbol (10mg/day) for the first 6 weeks, as this is my first time using an oral. I plan to increase the dose gradually if I don’t notice any negative sides, but I’ll play it safe. The goal is to use Tbol as a pre-workout boost while avoiding unnecessary risks.
I’ll be injecting M/W/F to split the injections between three days, keeping oil volume low and reducing the potential for post-injection pain (PIP).
Aromasin & AI Use:
I’m starting with 6.25mg of Aromasin three times a week (M/W/F). I’ll adjust the dose based on how my body responds, as this is my first time using Aromasin. The inclusion of Primo may help with any estrogen-related sides, but I’ll monitor things closely.
Blood Donation:
To be safe, I will donate blood before the cycle begins and again halfway through. This helps to keep my hematocrit levels in check and avoid any issues with blood thickness.
My Plan for the Cycle:
