Recomp Log - Preparing for Future Gains

Hello everyone! I’m starting this log to document my cut/recomp phase, with plans to transition into a bulk afterwards. My main objective is to strip off the excess fat I gained during my last bulk so that I’m in the best shape possible to add lean muscle in the upcoming months.
I’ll be following the John Meadows High Evolutionary program for the next 10 weeks, which I’ve had success with in the past. Cardio will start at 20 minutes post-workout, 5 days a week, and will be adjusted as we go along.

Cycle Overview:

I’ll be running a straightforward cycle with gear sourced from UGFreak and Umbrella Labs. The main focus of this cycle is fat loss and recomp while maintaining as much muscle as possible. Here's the breakdown:

- Testosterone Enanthate: 300mg/week
- Trenbolone Enanthate: 200mg/week
- HGH: 2 IU/day (Morning)
- Proviron: 25mg/day
- Aromasin: As needed (to manage estrogen)
- GW501516 (Cardarine): 20mg/day (for endurance and fat loss)
- Tirzepatide: 2.5mg/week (for fat loss and appetite control)

Supplements and Medications:

- Fish Oil: 12g/day (for heart health and inflammation)
- Fiber: 30g/day (on top of dietary fiber for digestion)
- Cialis: 5mg/day (for performance and circulation)
- Amlodipine/Benazepril: 10/20mg/day (for blood pressure)
- N2Guard: 4 caps/day (liver and kidney support)
- Citrus Bergamot: 1000mg/day (for cholesterol management)
- NAC: 1200mg/day (antioxidant and liver support)
- TUDCA: 1000mg/day (for liver health)
- Glutamine: 15g post-workout (for recovery)
- L-Carnitine: 3000mg pre-workout (for fat metabolism)

My goal is to stay consistent with my food intake while monitoring progress. The focus will be on fat loss, improving muscle definition, and maintaining strength. I’ll update you on my progress weekly and adjust based on how my body is responding. I’m aiming to drop some fat while keeping my muscle mass intact, so I’ll be tracking my strength, measurements, and any physical changes along the way.
I’d love to hear others’ experiences with similar cycles, particularly if you’ve run a recomp phase using a combination like Test, Tren, and GW501516. Also, anyone using Tirzepatide – what’s been your experience with fat loss and hunger control?
