Hey brothers,
Just wanted to drop a quick post giving props to one of the OGs of mass and charisma — Hulk Hogan. Long before social media and fitness influencers, this guy was inspiring millions to train hard, eat big, and live the "larger than life" lifestyle.
Sure, he wasn't a competitive bodybuilder, but Hogan had that classic 80s freaky size — 6'7", 300+ lbs at his peak — and he brought bodybuilding aesthetics to the mainstream through wrestling, movies, and pop culture. His look in the '80s helped shape what people thought of when they heard the word "muscle."
Whether you love him for the mustache, the 24-inch pythons, or the wild promos — you can’t deny the guy helped push lifting culture into the spotlight.
Anyone else grow up wanting to tear their shirt off and hit a front double bi like the Hulkster? 💪

Let’s hear your favorite Hogan era or match.
