Sounds like EQ is hitting your back volume training hard — I’ve noticed the same thing. Nothing quite like that "dense" feeling on pulls and rows when EQ kicks in. Tbol + Proviron + EQ = vascularity city, lol.
You’re running milk thistle and citrus bergamot — solid stack for liver and lipids. I’d maybe consider krill oil or red yeast rice for LDL support too. Not medical advice, just what worked for me when lipids took a hit on orals.
