Good morning! I hope you and your loved ones are doing well.
I’m a 31-year-old male, standing at 175cm and weighing 85.4kgs
I've been training on and off since 2015, but only recently have I started taking bodybuilding more seriously. Like many of us, I’ve made plenty of mistakes with my body over the years, but I’ve learned and grown from each one.

In the past, I dabbled with steroids based on broscience I picked up at local gyms, but I never really understood proper PED stacks or dosages until now.

Currently, I’m running the following stack:

Test E: 750mg per week
Deca D: 450mg per week
EQ Bold: 500mg per week
Anadrol: 20mg raw before gym
Superdrol: 10mg raw before gym
Cialis: 2.5mg before gym
Arimidex: 0.5mg EOD (every other day)
I pin every second day.
I’m open to advice from anyone with experience—this is a journey, and we can all learn from each other.

Good morning! I hope everyone is doing well and continuing to crush their goals. I wanted to share a little update on where I am now.

Since my last post on January 31st, I’ve been keeping steady with my stack and sticking to my training regimen. Progress has been solid, and I’ve definitely been feeling the effects of the compounds, especially the EQ and Deca. My joints are feeling a bit better, and I’ve noticed some nice strength gains. The Anadrol and Superdrol pre-workout still give me that intense energy boost, but I’m mindful of how much I push it. No major sides as of yet, which is a relief!

I’ve made a few tweaks to my approach over the last week. I’ve reduced the Arimidex dosage to 0.25mg EOD, as I started noticing some slight dryness in my joints and didn’t want to risk too much estrogen suppression. I’ve also been more consistent with my diet, focusing on nutrient-dense meals and dialing in my protein intake to ensure I’m maximizing muscle recovery. I still don’t track macros religiously, but I try to stay mindful of it.

I’ve also added in some extra mobility work and stretching, especially after heavy training days, since the Deca is giving me a bit more joint fluidity but also some tightness as I increase weights.

One thing I’ve been thinking about is my long-term health—more specifically, cardiovascular health. I’ve read a lot about the strain PEDs can put on the heart, and since I’m running a pretty heavy stack, I’m considering adding more heart-healthy supplements into my routine, like omega-3s and perhaps some CoQ10. I also plan on getting bloodwork done soon to track my lipid profile and other key markers.

Overall, everything’s moving in the right direction. My lifts are going up, and my physique is shaping up, but I’m always looking for ways to improve, whether it’s training, recovery, or nutrition.
 
Quick update! Training’s going great—strength’s up, and I’m seeing some solid muscle gains. The stack’s working well, with the Deca helping my joints feel better, and the Anadrol/Superdrol combo still giving me that nice energy boost.

I’ve been tweaking my Arimidex to 0.5mg EOD to manage a bit of water retention. Diet’s been on point too—focusing on whole foods and hitting my protein. I’ve been stretching and foam rolling after workouts, especially with the increased weights.

Also added omega-3s to the routine for heart health. Planning on getting bloodwork soon to keep an eye on things.
 
Solid cycle, man. Looks like you're on the right track now. I’ve used similar compounds before, and the key is to stay consistent with diet and training. Keep us updated on your progress!

Hey everyone, quick check-in! I hope everyone is doing well and continuing to push towards their goals.

Things are still moving in the right direction for me. Strength is continuing to climb, and my physique is getting more defined. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in muscle fullness, especially in my upper body. The Deca and EQ stack are really working well for me, and my joints feel great, even with the heavier lifts. The Anadrol and Superdrol pre-workout still give me that explosive energy, but I’ve been careful not to overdo it since I’ve been noticing a bit more intensity in my workouts, and I don’t want to risk pushing too hard.


The tweaks I made earlier—lowering the Arimidex dosage to 0.25mg EOD—have really helped with the water retention. I'm feeling much leaner now, and it’s been easier to track my progress in terms of muscle definition. I’ve kept that dosage steady, and my joints are still in a good place.
Diet-wise, I’ve been more consistent with my nutrient timing, particularly around training. I’ve been focusing on pre- and post-workout meals to maximize recovery and muscle growth. Still eating whole foods, but I’ve started experimenting with more frequent, smaller meals throughout the day to help with digestion and energy levels. Not tracking every macro, but being mindful of my protein and carb intake.
I’ve also been making an effort to improve my sleep hygiene—getting at least 7-8 hours each night, no exceptions. That’s been a game-changer for recovery, and I’m feeling more rested and focused in the gym.
As far as supplementation goes, I’ve kept the omega-3s in my routine, and I’ve started adding a bit of taurine for additional heart support. No major side effects at this point—everything’s been pretty smooth, which is a relief!
I'm still planning to get bloodwork soon to monitor things like my lipid profile and liver function. I want to stay on top of my health and make sure that everything is in check, especially considering the long-term impact of the compounds.

Overall, things are moving along well. I'm continuing to push my limits in the gym, but I’m always focused on keeping my health a priority. I'm really happy with how my physique is coming along, and I feel like I'm learning more about myself and my body every day. Will keep you all updated—thanks for the support!
